I use to love this car wash. I even had a membership. But ever since the summer of 2023 it started going downhill. It barely put soap on the cars, the spinning towels barely touch the cars, and the employees don't dry the cars off like they use to. Today I had to go back because I still had dirt on the front bumper and bottom of both sides of car. I will be looking for another car wash!!!

Going through today heard a loud Clunk on the driver's side. When getting got out of my car 10 minutes later I had a big scrape in the paint about 2 ft long. When I went back and said something, they denied they did it. Said it was there before. I just had the car washed there 2 days ago and the scrape was not there. They did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Canceling my monthly membership after 6 years going there.
