There’s one particular employee who works her butt off and is super sweet. But parents need to stop bringing their kids in here and letting them run around and play in makeup like it’s face paint. It’s not a playground. Store management needs to crack down on that because it’s annoying and drives people away.

I was told I could return any items that don’t work out.. they never said anything about a time limit of returning items. Now when it comes to returning an items I told the lady did not match my color I’m not able to. $70 cover up and stuck with it. Won’t be shopping here anymore! Ulta has always been great about getting the colors you need and holding up their word.

This is a great store normally has everything I want but I went in there and these employees where rude and was basically forcing us to buy there overpriced perfumes but overall is a grate store.
