Please please please do NOT go to this place. It’s disheveled and not clean at all. The ladies were nice my first couple visits with my mom but during our last one a week ago my dress felt way tighter than it had before. I voiced my concern because I had lost 10 pounds already and had lost weight in the area that it was tight. She told me it was my fault in an extremely unprofessional way. She was also supposed to be completed with my bustle, putting a belt on (which she claimed was only a few stitches so I don’t understand why it would take her months to finish) and hemming the bottom of my dress to the correct length. So everything I needed to be done, wasn’t done and it was 2 weeks until the wedding. I scheduled an appointment for today because she said she would get it done by then. It was at 9:30 am and she called yesterday afternoon saying it was canceled and she wasn’t finished with anything. My mom and I still showed up just to check on the dress and see what had been completed because I was pretty worried. We came in and I told her I just wanted to try on my dress. She got so mean and aggressive. Literally told us we were attacking her when I was just trying to voice my concern about everything. Started pointing her finger and yelling as well. She said they were extremely busy the past week and that she hadn’t even touched my dress, which would’ve been fine if it wasn’t a week before my wedding. I’m shaking and so angry that this was my experience. By far the worst time I’ve ever had with another person and one of the meanest people I have ever met in my life. On top of that her work is mediocre. I’m having to take my dress to another tailor to get everything done now with a week left and I’m freaking out. DONT go here.Service: Alterations
