What a scary experience! I get gas at this station frequently. In fact, I've used pump #3 frequently. Today, my debit card would not come out of pump 3. It really did scare me. I remembered when my card got stuck in an atm machine and I couldn't get it back and I had to go get a new card from the bank. Luckily, after several minutes, a lady was able to pull it out for me. The young guy who was working inside just said that it happens sometimes, and it's not going to do them any good to try to get it fixed. He said that he'll talk to the manager tomorrow, and they'll try to get someone in to look at it and see if there's a problem. But, the way he spoke about it was as if it was no problem at all, and I was making a big deal out of it. It was like, he was saying, what do you expect me to do? I just work here. Thank goodness I was at least able to get my card out of this darn machine.

Poor customer service with management. Yelling and over talking me and other employee while we trying to tell him the problem.Poor customer service to be an management. I'll never visit this gas station again when I'm visiting Ohio

I tried to use mobile pay but the app acted as if it had no internet (had 5 bars however) I gave up mobile pay, went it & paid $40 cash. Now Shell has placed a $75 "hold" on my bank account for gas I NEVER got, 9 days now & I've emailed them 3 times, contacted them through the app & I have gotten ZERO Replies. My days w Shell are Over & I fill up 4x's/WK for my job ? BP here I come!!! ?

Too busy on the phone answering text, to scan a half-gallon of milk.Obviously mad I made her stop smoking and texting while sitting on the curb when I pulled up. No respect, just the l**** entitled mentality cliche. This person has no work ethic. Thanks for nothing.

Clean inside and good selections on items, but the girl working the cash register clearly didn't want to be there. She wasn't friendly, and made me turn my own items around so she could scan them. Not a big deal, but that is her job. I shouldn't have to do it myself. She made me do it because she was lazy, not because she was unable. She also talked so quiet that I almost couldn't understand what she was saying

Double charged on an inside purchase. Waiting to post to dispute. I know they do weird things for at pump swipes, but it's never happened to me at a register.
