I called to place a (6) 5gallon order of paint & they would NOT search for the company account. I came into the store & showed them all the info they needed & with no avail I was denied. I called the Sherwin Williams on Central Ave & they got my order together in minutes. So I WOULD NEVER recommend ANYONE to shop at Sherwin Williams @ 5200 Monroe St, Toledo Oh. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & missed out on over $800 in sales because of true laziness. I am employed by a national billion dollar company. Their loss not mine but the company will never shop at that location for eternity.

Toledo Monroe st. Location next to Tan lines !!!Dark haired Short Manager just tried to steal from me on emerald paint!!!! Told men 60% and only gave me 15% and then I tried to complain and get money back and he just kicked me out the store and told me to never come back!!! He is crazy and should not be a manager. Went right down the street to another Sherman Williams and got the 60%off with no questions asked. I have used Sherman William's for 20yrs straight never got treated so badly as today at Monroe location next to Tan lines.

Came to the store and got overpriced and things and when we went back, they got mad and we had to return everything

We stopped by this location around 20 minutes before closing and the employee wasn't interested in helping us at all! He asked us to leave at 6 o'clock. We've had a much better experience at the Jackman rd location.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the sales associate. I needed some supplies for a new project that I had never done before. He not only walked me around to each item but he also gave me some great advice from his personal experience to help me out. I only wish I could remember his name...I will be going back to SW for all painting needs from now on.

Employee was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for seconds after I walked in. I was looking for a specific type of paint that would last longer in a high traffic area, but the cheaper brands could not color match in that type of paint, so I tried SW.

I'm this time of "social distancing" the sales associate was very helpful over the phone. I placed my order and my supplies were brought out to my car. I couldn't ask for better service.
