Owner is never there, does not respond to calls, and does not manage her business well.

I live around an hour away so don't come to this area often, but when I do I have to stop here for baklava because it is so good. Every time I have been in the staff has been very friendly. I can't really speak about anything else they sell, but the baklava is enough to leave a review on.

I took the best macaron class here. The staff was kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. Plus, the macarons were delicious! I hope they start to offer more baking classes in the future.

Wow. Wow. Wow. This place has an amazing selection of sweets! I came in and the line was already queued up outside. The people that ordered before me were ordering macaroons for someone's birthday and it was clearly one of their staples at this place. I ordered a couple tarts and a great Lebanese cheese danish and it was great! I bought some items to bring to a firms house and everyone enjoyed them! Great spot!

I got the chocolate biscotti. Really good. Purchased some macarons and cannoli- so good. Can't wait to go back to sample other delectables.

Did not buy here. Walked in. First impression was that the store smelled very sour, as if it is not being cleaned properly. I walked around a few minutes, there are no French pastries as they advertise, other than a large variety of different types of macarons and a few frosted sugar cookies which seem to just be examples. There are also several different types of baklava. No one came out to help me, and after several minutes I was overwhelmed by the sour, unclean odor and I left. I would not return. I would be concerned about purchasing anything here. I was disappointed, as I was really hoping to like this place.

I was really looking forward to the White Alaska that I bought as a treat. I’m sorry, not worth the price with the dry cake and no flavor in the the icing. It tasted like it was sitting in the case for days. So sad to be disappointed when I feel like going to So Sweet as an indulgent splurge!

I’m not one to do reviews ever, but I used to work here a while back and do some of the pastries. I had a falling out with the owner, on her own behalf. I’ve always tried to be supportive of this business even after the falling out. Fast forward to this past Sunday I really went out on a limb and was like let me try it after YEARS of not having it. I walked in and was very disappointed to see nothing has changed since a few years ago. You could tell the cake in the fridge was very old. The rice pudding was over a week old -when I went to check out you can see the date label on the tray. I still was hopeful and wanted to support so I spent $30 on macrons, a cannoli, slice of cake, baklava and mamool cookies. The cake was dry and the whip was too, the mamool was very very hard, the macrons tasted like fridge and broke apart when tried to bite it. Honestly the worst part was I went to pick up the cannoli and it was soft and soggy and essentially was like wet bread. It was extremely sad to see that not much has changed with the place in the past 3 years. I don’t think it’s right to continue to sell product and tell people it’s fresh everyday and charge what you do to not be able to enjoy any of the $30 I spent. With how old that cannoli was you never know if it could’ve got someone sick. Also when people do reviews they’re telling their experience to others so they don’t make the same mistake, not for a reply to tell them that everything is made fresh and sorry for the experience when that’s not true.
