I'd give zero stars if possible wait for 45 minutes food is missing or prepared incorrectly ,the app barely works,and customer service is non existant even to the point of contacting corporate and they never return your call or replace the missing

Edit: 3/7/24Gave it another try because of the chicken wraps. What a waste! The wraps are tiny, the fries were not fresh, and my fruit punch was beyond watered down, it tasted terrible!Save your time and your money. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant at all.Original Post:Service used to be really good. Now it's long wait times, poor food quality, and too many instances of getting my order wrong...Hopefully things will improve.

If i could give less stars i would. I ordered a cheese burger and med fries and a drink...drink was wrong i ordered a strawberry limaid slush got a reg drink . Fries was cold abd soggy and didnt even recieve my sandwich. Called the order and miss mananger claims to have just gotten there but i called from chases parking lot and nobody went into that store. She said she couldnt do a refund cause she didnt know if i was lying. And when i offered to return to the store with the paper and items she said they couldnt accept so i went back thru drive thru and the girl at the window slammed the door on me and refused to open it.

Even with a broken drive thru speaker, they figured out how to keep the line moving at a regular pace. The food was hot, and they had a great attitude. That's why I come here.

We just stopped to try their highly promotd " peanut butter shake and burger" they said not available because they were out of peanut butter! Very sad thta morons are running the operation there.

They never get my order right. Wish there was another Sonic on this side of town as going to this one always includes multiple trips through the drive through to get your order correct.

I had big order so I done it online so it was ready when we got there. The food was on point. But tell me why all my 6 drinks were hot and nasty as hell. Try to call them and it goes to a fax machine. And of course no receipt was given.

Over charged and then won't answer phone. For what they cost just go somewhere nice and sit down and eat. Should have canceled and went to Texas roadhouse.

We ordered from a parked spot and the lady who took our order was very rude. She was huffing and puffing and simply sounded like we were ruining her night. Terrible customer service.

Been a customer of this location almost every day since they opened for a simple bag of ice. Whoever this new crew of people are have the worst customer service skills ever. No matter where you work, how you treat people will make or break the business. Trash!

It’s as bad as everyone is saying, the problem is one doesn’t usually check Google reviews for Sonic because it’s a national chain that you *think* has decent standards. Struggled to find a stall that actually worked & wasn’t in pieces, once I did, the app wouldn’t let me put the number in. Fine, not their fault. But then I pushed the button and waited so long to get a response. Food came out quickly after, but not my drink. She mumbled that she would “check on it”?? Check on it? It’s right here on my receipt. So I wait a good 5-10 minutes… in that time I watch an employee go to her vehicle, and the same employee I had spoken with take food to another customer. So I wait a minute and when I realize she’s not coming right back out with a drink, push the button again TWICE because they did not respond to the first. (Mind you, at this point there is no one in the drive thru. I’ve worked in food service, I will give loads of grace to a busy place!) She finally answers and sends the same girl back out with my limeade, saying “sorry, we’re really busy” ??? I can see you aren’t that busy. Then the real kicker—NO ICE in my limeade! This is SONIC ice we’re talking about! People come here for the ice. Not one single tiny cube. Maybe if they’re employees weren’t allowed to wear ear buds at work they’d pay closer attention to customers. This owner needs to get a handle on things. And yes, I’ll be filing a complaint with cooperate since clearly the manager or owner doesn’t pay any attention to these google reviews. Also tried to call the location to no avail. I’m 34 years old and this is the first time I’ve ever written a bad review and tried calling a restaurant to complain!
