the older lady that loves to say how she’s assistant manager is just so rude and disrespectful. not to mention, the sweet younger girl asked so nicely multiple times to take her SIX O CLOCK break and she demanded to take her break first. unsure when that poor girl got her break, but that was just wrong.

Tia was unfriendly, and on her phone the entire transaction but I was told cameras are rolling at all times so they should see that, if so why is this behavior allowed? So sick of rude people

It is 11:15 PM on October 6th 2023. The young lady working was very nice. She was working hard and very polite to customers. Wish I would've gotten her name. You don't get service like that anymore.

Third time I come this week to the store being closed, went back the next day a young lady with glass working at night, and was very rude to me with horrible customer service but then come the person behind and get treated like royalty. I thought we where all suppose to get great service or at least some type of manners from the employees there

Only one person working the store Christmas morning, and I felt sorry for them. The store was a disaster--wet floor covered in dirty slush, most of the coffee machines out of order and uncleaned, and unstocked on breakfast sandwiches. Not a good look for management to maintain.
