this place has gone way down hill over the last 5 years I’ve lived in the neighborhood. The employees were always cheerful and happy to help with good attitudes. But now they are disrespectful, gossiping is more important then checking out customers. there always no coffee.. today there’s a sign in the door no coffee today. Sorry. I asked them what was wrong with the coffee and no explanation. They said the water is fine but every machine is “out” yeah right. Ok then I ordered a panini with lettuce and the lettuce is so wilted it’s disgusting! Yall need to do better!

Watch out when you buy the Toledo blade. They do not like to take last weeks Sunday paper with them, so then you grab the wrong Sunday paper, and when you tell the manager that they left last week blade again, because you made the mistake of buying the wrong one to have to return it, he acts like he doesn’t care. I guess customer service ends after the store gets a little bit older.

Nothing against the employees they are all wonderful, but it comes to the gas price always changing it between day and night then after the gas stations Close for the night across the street from them, they raised the prices up not good 711/Speedway

Spent $2 for the tire pump and was only able to fill one tire before the machine cut off. What a waste of time and money. This location usually has the highest prices in the area. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible place every time u walk in you can hear them cussing clear across the store the manager here has a bad attitude and it appears she is more interested in being hella friendly with her employees the store is dirty multiple machine out of order and most employees just stand around when there is a line of 2 or more

Watch your purchases made inside the store. My card was originally declined and had to use another one and all the declined charges stayed. I ended up with an extra charge that speedway corporate refused to takeoff and I was forced to deal with it through my bank. staff at the store is unable to deal with it as well. Really bad experience and I will never use this company again.

I come to this particular store on Douglas and Alexis road all the time for coffee. The people are great And are always courteous and kind and willing to help out.

Today I decided to stop by Speedy Cafe during lunch break. I ordered a 12 inch steak sub with pepper jack and a side of Mac & cheese. Upon arriving back at work, I open my sub to find the bread has mold all over it, so I call speedway to let them know about this issue. Never once was I offered a refund, just simply a "thanks" for letting them know I got a moldy sub for the price of $8.99. I'll starve before I ever use another Speedy Cafe.

Profiling me and my friends for the clothes that we are wearing came up to us and said "you know the cameras are on" we were in there for like 5 seconds and then have a different worker monitor us the whole time we're shopping for literally no reason

This store sucks my son had to run out and get his wallet and got accused of stealing.like he said oh well he knows he didn't.Yeah oh well they have lost at least 50customers over this that I know maybe more.I don't need this Speedway anyway there is others close by.Also the staff is very rude.

One of the best speedways in the city. Snacks! But those drink options. All the slurpees, coffees and sodas you'd ever want. I love this place. Such a treat.
