Couldn't have been ruder. I am a business customer, and truly need my phone. I have never been talked to in such a condescending way in my life. I am 48 and own a business and DO NOT need to be talked down to by some kid in a phone store. Took my business to the Secor location, and they were great and helpful.

We went in ready to purchase an iPhone 13 however the reps refused to sell us the phone. They kept trying to give us the s23, when we clearly kept asking for the IPhone 13. They kept telling us to add a new line and the home internet. We asked like 5 times to see the phone.

Overpriced customer service reps lie and say they are rectifying the situation and don’t. When you call to get clarity on your bill they lie. Don’t ever set up a payment plan because they will start deducting money from your account and it won’t even reflect on your bills balance. Once I pay off my apple phones I will be going to AT&T where you can pay $100 for 4 lines. My bill 364.00 a month for 5 lines which is absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your time or be fr by this company be smart save your money and yourself a headache. Never buy an apple phone from them you will regret it.

They have a new manager there that is very rude doesn't want to help a TMobile customer just switch phones that are TMobile I'm on TMobile. Have to short of wrestle em to be helped was weird. Thank God for the assistant manager he's so great if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have got any help. I asked him do u need a tip to help or??? Store was bare.... He sees I know his co worker then it got more family like but. Real life I said I can just leave and go to Verizon. If it's a bother.when I was told I can do it myself after saying 3x times can u show me please idk what I'm doing. He the top manager says ok well go to Verizon then when I had first walked into ask can I get help.

Tim U. was great! He made upgrading my phones quick and easy! Call me old fashioned, but I still appreciate face to face customer service/assistance when dealing with technology! I really hope his bosses keep him at this location, DON’T MOVE HIM! It’s comforting (for customers) to know that the person they built an initial report with will be there to help them if there are any problems in the future. It aggravates me to have to start over with someone new every time I need something. Bosses, PLEASE KEEP TIM AT THE MALL!! Thank you :)

I was in town visiting family and stopped at the store because of issues with my phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained what the problem was and suggested ways to keep it from happening again. Thank you for such great service.

Unauthentic T-Mobile store! These guys have no idea what they were doing. I thought it would be convenient to stop here to handle some business while I was back to school shopping. Boy was I wrong. Do not make the same mistake I did. Turn around and stick to the Toledo area T-mobile stores that you have been use to. Former Sprint customers I feel your pain. I didn’t realize how bad Sprint was until I visited this store.

My boyfriend bought us phones and did not receive the 5 Star service at this store that he expected. A 3 is being generous. It was just okay and very bland and minimal even with no other customers in the mall. Not to mention I am still struggling to get service and am not getting all my calls and texts at work. I was wondering why the rating here was so high compared to the experience with the store and the service it self. We noticed the majority of the positive reviews are store employees, their friends and their family leaving the reviews. I don’t think that’s ethical. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this store. Sprint should be ashamed and want to get more authentic reviews. I know other businesses do this and offer free stuff or discounts for a positive review online. I just don’t think it’s a good business practice.

The manager Lauren helped me out when I came in Having trouble with my Siri on my iPhone. She didn’t make me feel stupid like reps from my previous phone service. I will 100% recommended everyone I know in search for service to this store.
