Literally stood around for 30 minutes without anybody even asking what i needed help with. All i got was a "someone will be with you in a minute" WHILE HE WAS WALKING TO HIS CAR TO LEAVE. All i needed was a screen protecter realignment. (which wouldve taken no less than 5 minutes with a competent employee) i ended up leaving to go to a different location. Seemed like all they cared about was "back alley activating" their friends device. Dont waste your time here.

They are plenty willing to sell you a phone, but not help if there is an issue afterwards. Just pass you off to the customer service number which may or may not help. Won't even reprint a receipt claiming that there system only goes back 14 days. Any other retail establishment can look up receipts for years after a purchase, but a tech company apparently can't.

I’m really not happy with T-Mobile anymore There’s signal is having a lot of trouble in my area Every time I try to Talk to somebody about it it sounds like it’s just a SKUs never really solves the problem And I keep getting a promise that the home Internet coming in my area to help and that’s been over a year now seems like if you’re near the Michigan line because I have friends and family that are I get better signal there but if you’re by the Toledo zoo you’re basically just gonna have trouble

Though the staff here was not able to complete the transition to T-Mobile that I desired, they were helpful and very friendly. It was frustrating not to be able to do what I wanted to do, but they understood my frustration and had workable solutions that, though requiring extra steps and an extra day, still got the job done.

Don’t waste your time! There is no more T-Mobile store here! I checked the business hours before I went there and according to their business hours they are still open, unfortunately they closed this location. They must inform that in their business hours.

I bought a phone that I wanted to upgrade 20 days later As I was out of town; T mobile online service did not give an exception above 14 day limit for return although they knew my circumstances.The store manager did give me the exception.Megan worked hard to get it resolved and made sure the other store can take care of it.Completely satisfied

Slow, out of most phones, said I needed a new sim card. Nothing would be changed. No longer have voice mail access, Facebook is gone etc. Spent over 2 hours there, needed to call other stores. Knowledge lacking, blamed iit on having Sprint
