I went in to the store to inquire about cell and home internet service (I have 5 lines with ATT) the nice lady explained to me that my address was not available for home internet so I went home did a little research and my neighbor 500 feet away has it so I opened a chat on T-Mobile site and they said my address was available and that I could purchase online or in the store so with the store literally 2 minutes away I went back only to met by Tyler apparently a manager there. He was so rude and only kept saying he wouldn't help or look at my conversation with the online representative. I mean I hope this guy doesn't work off commission because with the attitude I got I will not think about taking my 5 phone lines or even look at home internet from them. It made my decision to get ATT internet all the easier. I don't have to change phones or anything.

It was worst experience I ever had in cellphone store in my life. I would recommend that you stay out of that store. That was a horrible service, can they set me out of the store with a phone that did not work, and that was stuck on the side of the road what no phone because of their encompasses?

The service and store are fine but they blatantly advertise $29 screen repair and then even with a 3 year old phone tell you it's too new for that price and charge you over $100 to have it done. False advertising at it's finest. I know it's through their insurance company and not them but this kind of advertising should be illegal.

I went to TMobil on Airport Hwy at Reynolds 4-26-23. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that was helping my niece and I, but he was rude to us as soon as we walked in the door. Long story short, I asked him was he having a bad day, he threw up his arms and said he wasn’t serving us. I said ok I’ll speak with the other guy. He too said he wouldn’t serve us. Please look at the tape inside the store and see for yourself how rude they both were. I told my niece to lodge a complaint with their company. I’ll never go there again!

My mother had a very stressful issue with a phone, and Giovanni and another coworker I wasn’t able to get the name of were extremely kind and helpful, and they really made our day better. An exemplary display of customer care.

My boyfriend brought me into T-Mobile to purchase a phone for my birthday. We were assisted by Jamari , who had a pleasant, positive attitude, and was knowledgeable about our prospective purchase. We initially had some technical difficulties with adding the line , but Jamari was able to find and provide a solution. We were successful in adding a line and purchasing a new iPhone 14. Couldn’t have had a better experience, thanks to our sales rep.

Called for assistance, were told to call back in 10 minutes. Called back in 15, associate said they did not have the product and said he didn’t have the ability to see other stores. But when I let him know that I had just called another store and they gave me info, he stated he didn’t have time and to call another store..

This was my second time stopping by this location for the same issue the store manager David just sat there unwilling to help or even call some one who could further assist me. If I could give a zero star I would. I just don't understand why you even have store employees if I have to just call customer service anyway
