Very awesome!!! They had no soup when I asked and the gentleman asked me I'd I could wait 8 min. I said yes, because Subway soup is sooooo goood!!! He prepared it and I was able to purchase. Awesome guy and great experience!!!!

So aggravated right now. Was at Toledo Children's visiting my 5 week old grandchild that just had surgery. Haven't eaten all day. Stopped in to get dinner for the fam. Got home 20 minutes later and found that my sandwich wasn't in the bag. Tried to call the store to see if they would make it right it just rang and rang and rang and rang. Got an answering machine said unable to leave messages. This place is a joke never go here. I'd give it zero stars if I could

This is the cleanest Subway I have ever walked into! It is located at 5380 Monroe Street Toledo, Ohio at Marko Plaza Shopping Center.Kudos to the staff at this work place! She was very nice and the food was fresh. Be sure to stop in and enjoy your clean surroundings while you have a great breakfast, lunch or dinner!

The best subway around the Toledo area. Staff is always friendly and the sandwiches are great! Bread is always fresh, veggies fresh I pass a subway to come to this subway location!

I'm never going here again. They billed me for an online order, but refused to acknowledge that it even existed, even when I showed the manager, Judy Williams, the confirmation, she refused to see it even as a problem, being incredibly patronizing and rude. They literally just stole my lunch money!

This has been one of the worst customer services experiences I've ever dealt with. We ordered our food online and went to pick it up. When we got there, they said they couldn't find our order. Right away we thought it would be no problem to deal with because we had the order confirmation and bank statement to show we already paid, plus the email sent to us showed the correct address and pick-up time. The manager, Judy Williams, was working and said there was no order and we couldn't get the food we paid for. We kept on trying to reason it out but she wouldn't give us what we paid for. Even though it's just food, that subway branch was stealing money from their customers and had terrible customer service. We tried calling the corporation to complain but got bounced to the same location to complain. How do you complain to the person who wouldn't give you the food you paid for? Judy Williams needs to be talked to by a higher up or fired.
