Super Fitness is a clean, affordable, and spacious gym with a great variety of equipment, including lots of bench presses and cable machines so popular equipment is often open. It has a pool, sauna, and hot tub, which are warm and nice. Memberships include personal training and there is a tanning and nutrition bar for protein drinks. The staff is generally noted as friendly and helpful. However, there are consistent complaints about maintenance and cleanliness. Equipment or the pool is often under repair, with long down times. Some areas, particularly locker rooms and carpeted spaces, are reported as neglected, gross, dusty, humid, or musty, with noticeable odors. Weekend hours are described as terrible. While one location is noted as more low key, it is criticized for not meeting the same standard as other locations in upkeep. The turnstile is also very slow. Despite these issues, it is considered cheap, usually not crowded, and conveniently located.

I went just to see if I wanted to get a membership here. The facility is large very clean and there weren't a lot of people using it when I was there but I went fairly early. I saw a good selection of cardio equipment as well as weights. I haven't purchased my membership yet but I think I will in the near future.
