I visited T-Mobile at Franklin Park Mall, Toledo, Ohio, today to transfer data from my old phone to one I'd just purchased. Twane, the person who took the actions I requested, was superb. He was able to assist me while still providing help to others who needed assistance in person and by phone, and he did this while remaining polite, displaying knowledge of processes and products, and appearing calm, friendly, and helpful. What a delight to meet this fine T-Mobile employee and good human being!

Terrible in person customer service. Poor, very poor service . Withholds info and seems like they could care less as long as it’ll benefit them. Went to another location they helped me just fine. Unless your paying a bill would not recommend . Was an older gentleman too seems like he’s been with company for some time .

Returned a home internet modem here with what seemed to be without issue, but found out that it was never removed from my bill and would’ve kept being charged if I didn’t catch it and call customer service to cancel the service, even though the modem was returned over a month ago. Nobody even mentioned that I would need to call separately to cancel the service when I returned the product. Sure am happy I caught it now and not 6 months down the line, paying every month for something that was returned and given back to T-Mobile.

Went in to get my number ported over. Got helped right away, but then was told it'd take 20 minutes for the number to transfer and she was going to help about customer really quick. Sat for an hour, other employees just walked by, finally, I got the lady's attention and said I was leaving. She said my number might not be transferred yet. It was, I'd gotten calls and texts while waiting. Hopefully she got the sale on the family she was hard selling while I waited. Won't be going back, glad I can do everything online.

There very fast about understanding the phone problem, they also have phone cases and pop sockets if you want to add to the phone! They also have android and apple phones, the atmosphere is very simple but it's always nice to look at. The people are very nice, especially for t mobile Tuesdays and phone trade ins! Thank you to the staff who helped us!

Dear T-Mobile,I visited the store today in an attempt to resolve an issue with my account. Fortunately Jimmy was there to help me and ultimately fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and smart.Jimmy was very quick on his feet and diligent too -including two return calls after I had left. He made sure the job came to a successful conclusion .I would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone needing great service from a true professional.

Stopped in to get some free t-mobile Tuesdays swag. We were kept there quite a little bit, said they had to check us in in order to get the stuff. The sales manager had one of the best attitudes. I said that I wasn't going to buy nothing when we sat down at the table and then after listening to him I was like that man could definitely sell me something, and then he proceeded to. Only time was T-Mobile signal doesn't work the best where I live

Why bother having a storefront if you are going to shuffle everything online for your customers. Looking forward to a real competitor because AT&T sucks just a little more.
