Very dissatisfied with customer service. Spoke with the “manager” that worked on 3/17 at 7pm about a order placed and manager was very rude. We spent over 114$ and we were missing half our order. We called right away with our order number and restaurant number and spoke with the manager and she was very rude. I would not recommend this customer service to anyone and would not want someone representing my company that acts like this. I’m dissapointed in spending money and not getting my food in return. We still did not receive our food. She said we were out of luck.

This place is trash. Ordered over $100 for a whole group of people and they screwed up 25% of the order. When we called the lady that claimed to be the manager said she wasn’t allowed to give her name and “definitely” double checked the order. But it was forsure wrong. Terrible customer service. If you don’t like making food. Find a new job ??♂️

Somehow this location and this location only never has doordash orders and "already gave them out". Been like that for weeks, they just hand out orders to random people seems like. Definitely would order on doordash from this place

This taco bell does whatever it wants it seems. Some days the doors are locked and you can only do drive thru, some days they don't come to work until 9am when they are supposed to be open at 8am. I'm tired of going there and they are closed when their hours say they should be open. Taco Bell you should be better at managing your employees.

Got there exactly at 11 am. No one answered through the speaker, so I after a few minutes, I pulled up to the window. Girl opened the window and said they were closed. I asked what time do you open. She said 11, I said it is 11. She gave me a nasty look and said we are going to need a few more minutes and shut the window.

Beef supreme crunch wrap is my new thing, they are so good! As good as the crunch wrap is, the beef supreme chalupa. If anyone reading this hasn't tried the chalupa from Taco Bell, go get one, they're great! We used the drive thru. The person at the window was doing a good job, got everything right.
