Don’t shop here, they are absolutely rude!!!
I had 12 items in the self checkout with half of them already scanned and she made me take my items and move to a check out lane because they are for 10 items or less only!!! There were zero other people waiting for self check out!!!! Targets going down hill, use to spend ALOT of money here weekly but I’ll take my business to meijer were they care about their customers!

I made my baby registry at target. Huge mistake. I had a lot of people buy me diapers. Everyone bought size me 1&2. Target wouldn’t let me return them or exchange sizes. Absolutely wild. Manager said the policy just went into effect. Well a month prior to me trying to return the diapers. I spoke to corporate who said they couldn’t tell me store policies. Plain shady. I have a lot of mom friends who return diapers all the time at different targets (not this one) and have never had an issue.

The sales clerk was rude and impatient and was not helpful. Had to come back and get to a more knowledgeable individual who was able to help my return. Do not shop here. Only rated a 1 star as they don't have a negative 5 star

Always a pleasant shopping trip at our local Target Store. The employees are helpful and friendly! The store is always so clean and organized.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a doll because it had a sale sticker of $7 off. When I seen it was full price on my receipt I went to the return desk for a simple adjustment. After waiting for them to call to Landon I walked back there to retrieve the sale sticker myself which happened to be removed. When I asked Landon where the sticker went he said it wasn't there. Then I asked about the sales sticker in his hand where he denied it but was clearly the sticker in question. Straight lied Landon. So instead of keeping my $65 in purchases I returned everything and went to another store. Landon is a lying POS! Lost my business Target!

Nick K at Target on Monroe St is the biggest douche bag I’ve ever met.
I’ve been doing the cat and Jack exchange for YEARS. Literal years.
This is the first time they’ve down right refused to follow their Cat and Jack policy.
When Nick K was called up he had a junk attitude and started making sideways comments like “that’s never been our policy” and “this isn’t a subscription service”
So if you’re a parent that does the Cat and Jack rotation, just don’t even try there I guess.
Beyond frustrating and embarrassing that he tried to make it all a big joke.
