About TARTA Transit Hub
The TARTA Transit Hub is a bus station with a new setup that gives clear line of sight to the buses and has plenty of places to sit or lean. The drivers and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a favorite spot for some, with the ability to charge a phone inside. However, the new staff and security guards are described as horrible, inappropriate, and like bullies who run around like police. There have been issues with staff not being present to purchase tickets when the sign says they should. The bathrooms are frequently noted as disgusting, unsanitary, and in need of cleaning. The hub could use a vending machine or snack bar.

I sometimes come here between the summer/winter but then other times when I use the restroom, it doesn't smell like it needs to be sanitary. 🫤
