I had a wonderful experience purchasing my SUV thanks to Shawn. I found an ad online all the way from Texas for a High Country model and reached out with several questions. Shawn was incredibly responsive, answered everything thoroughly, and gave me a great deal.
What really stood out was his integrity; everything he promised, he delivered on. He kept his word completely.
The service didn't end with the sale. Shawn even checked on me during my drive back home to Houston, Texas, which is a testament to his excellent customer service. He also included a thoughtful touch with a bottle of wine.

Erica was very helpful with the purchase of my vehicle. They even gave me a complimentary bottle of wine as a gift after purchase. A freshly washed car and full tank of gas would have gotten 5 stars. Neither had been done since my test drive

Quality service, good people. Be advised they are short staffed so things like oil change/tire rotation take nearly two hours. Very clean facility.

Car Review
I had no intension of buying a Cadillac but after driving one of Taylor's pre-owned Cadillacs and working with Erica Blagrave, I was fortunate to have drove away with a beautiful vehicle. Working with Erica was a great experience. She went the extra mile helping me find a quality vehicles within my budget.
