The Crave Cave Vapor Lounge is known for its knowledgeable and helpful staff, who go above and beyond to assist customers. One visually impaired customer received excellent support in transitioning to refillable vapes. The owner is upfront about products and provides honest recommendations. While one staff member may not have been as knowledgeable, she actively researched products to help customers. Regulars appreciate the staff's personal touch, remembering their preferences. However, the lounge has a drawback with deep potholes in the driveway. Overall, it is a great place for vaping supplies and customer service.

I am visually impaired and wanted to switch from disposable vapes to a refillable tank. When i explained what I was looking for and my vision issues the employee went above and beyond to get me set up amnd made sure I knew what Zi was doing before I left. I’ll be sticking with them for my vaping supplies.
