I used to like this place. I never leave reviews but this time I felt like I need too. They must under new management. Took my 2009 pontiac in only because I had a gift card and I got a text about free winter inspection which they did but never got a report that usually I get by text or a phone call saying what it is wrong and I know they are few things that needs to be changed. I forgot about this and move on. I change my belt with them and before going in I know my horn was working, I try to use it few days ago and it is not working now... To much coinsidence. Anyways I gave this place couple chances, but I will not go here anymore, it is a shame I used to like their service.

I came in with a tire question and was helped right away. The person I talked to was really kind and professional and didn't make me feel like my concerns were stupid. I didn't catch his name, but I am so thankful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

I have come to rely on Toledo Tire and Auto Care to keep my 15 year old, nearly 200k mile Honda Odyssey running in tip top shape. The professionalism of the staff at the Heatherdowns location is impressive and their prices are fair as well. You can count on this company to get your vehicle repaired properly and your money's worth.

What a great experience! I highly recommend Toledo Tire and Auto! The shop is clean, organized, and welcoming! I appreciate Keith and his team for their professionalism and honesty! Service was done in a timely manner and I love that they have a complementary shuttle service! 10 STARS!!!

Kind, informative, competent, willing to work with customers, and highly efficient. Was temporarily here out of state and they were able to get my car fixed very quickly. Also great with communication.

Vinny was very nice! I came in to get an oil change on Thursday, they were busy and would’ve had to fit me in between other appts so we just set an appt for Friday. I waited about 45ish mins in the waiting room, no problem. They have water and coffee available for waiting customers. And they gave me a goodie bag as a thank you for being a new customer! I only tried this place because I had a Valpak coupon but I’m glad I did, I liked it here and would recommend them to others.

The driver side window broke just as we arrived in Toledo. Lucky for us, TAC was right on the corner next to our hotel! They took the car in, determined what was wrong and called to let us know. They ordered the part and it was ready to go the next morning! Great service and nice people.
