I was appointed a lawyer who doesn’t communicate with me, I’m the one that has to keep calling to see what’s going on. I was told that I have to pay $500 up front and more for two experts. I thought that the lawyer was to get paid once we win the case. I live not to far away from his office and I asked his receptionist if I can come to his office to sign papers and she told me that I had to sign them on the email that she sent me. She also told me that I would have to call OASIS to get a $500 loan for the lawyer to start my case, this is something that I never heard of and OASIS is not affiliated with their office. I just feel like my email was intercepted by a scammer and I’m being scammed.

Called for general information and spoke with a lady who stated her name was “Terry”. For such a sensitive matter, from the moment I spoke with her I received nothing but cutting me off every moment I was providing information, unsympathetic, rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Terry stated “they have no help to be given”. Thanks Terry duly noted! 😄

What I experienced is unreal on so many levels ,I waited 3 months to talk to someone,I had to ask for whoever is over this program then I got a response only to be told NO ..what I read was they help people who are below property level and among other things..IVE BEEN A TAX PAYER ALL THESE YEARS AND HIT A HARD TIME ..BUT NO HELP ...SMH CANT GET HELP AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HEAR MY SITUATION THEY WENT BY SOME CRAZY UNREALISTIC.GUIDELINES...WHOEVER is over this program it needs to be reformed.you'll be seeing so many people homeless cause they can't get help because of unrealistic guidelines...y'all should be ashamed of yourselves smh

I used pro Bono for a Divorce / dissolution an was referred to a lawyer who been giving me the run around since January she charged me 375 when I hired her we didnt meet till almost end of april to sign papers she file it begining of may courts didn't agree with how it was wrote up she had to rewrite it again an again each time she was changing me 75.00 each time she meet with us at diffrent times an I didn't know it till she hit me with a 465.00 bill she was charging me 75.00 to check my emails an messages she wasn't responding in a timely matter trow this whole process an were still not done I was told upon hiring her when I used up my 375 I would be notified an never was this process was suppose been done with in 3 months an here we are 6 months later when I question the 465.00 bill how did I owe her that much she drop it down to 322.00 an said she doubled charged me for a a few thing's I'll be glade when this journey over with!!
