As somebody who has sold into MANY different US markets for 25 years, TPES I'd put at the top of the best I've worked with. From a consumers side, I'd say that every person I've spoken with has had nothing but good things to say about the service they've received from the guys in Toledo.

We ordered $3,000+ of PE equipment. Received most of it within a few weeks. We still have not received our gymnastics mats after 3 months. There has been zero communication except for a return email from my inquiry on the order. Was told in an email that the manufacturer should have it to us a few weeks ago. l emailed again last week ago, no response.

I had ordered a bow for my son from another company. Turns out it was not in stock, when their website said it was. Now it has become hard to find. I called TPES since their website said they had it in stock. The customer service person I spoke with physically walked into the warehouse, located the bow, and called me back to let me know there was one in stock and that they pulled it off the shelf for me. I placed the order and have already received the shipping tracking number. She saved the day and the up-coming birthday!

I've used TPES for over two years now for supplying equipment for our indoor play cafe. I've found the prices to be competitive, the quality good, and the customer service excellent. Highly recommend this company.

Ordered our swing set well before Easter. Took probably over a month to arrive. When arrived, the pole did not come because they forgot them in warehouse. Took another 5 days to get. Once got poles, some where damaged. We settle with keeping moat but did have to send back one because it was dented. Finally got pole and then realized it was too short. So called and talked with them to find out that we got the wrong poles to begin with. I wanted them to just send another 15' pole but they can't do that because that is not right. Or we can get all new poles but that would take weeks. There best option.......we cut the poles ourselves. Needless to say, never again will I go through them.
