I've been going to the Dorr street location for years. I love the environment, the employees are always courteous and get you out the door in a very timely manner. I've never had a negative experience with them.

I work with an RV company took them over a month to send a check for funding after me having to harass them in to sending it. Called for multiple days on end hitting all the prompts to get nothing but ringing and circling back to the main voice prompts.I Called from my work phone 3 or 4 times in a row(same day), different prompts and everything no one answered, yet magically called from my cell phone someone answered and said they would pass a message onto whom ever. STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK... What a terrible way to run a business and handle customers financial aspects.I find it funny that one of the young ladies I spoke to and told this too laughed into the phone with me on it saying how frustrated I was. Very Unprofessional.

Not happy with anything the debit card declining, direct deposit declined idk what’s going on can’t talk to nobody phone just ringing and ringing. I’m glad I did not close my other bank account so at least I can have my paycheck deposit there. I thought it would be the right thing to bank with them but I’m just very disappointed in the services given. Reconsidering my decision.

The credit Union's Customer Service is a 10.However, the tellers that work at the back are mostly clueless of their policies, and products.This credit union has messed up our account on numerous occasions, and have taken repeated steps to fix the same problem.Not to mention, there are constant blocks on our cards, because I'm guessing the back thinks it's fraud, which is understandable...but they don't even have a fraud number that you can call after hours. Right now, we are out of town, and our card was declined...no one to call.If you want FULL customer service without all of the unnecessary* episodes* that happen, then PLEASE don't bank with this bank. We do our best to support the black communities, and we have given this bank chance after change to no avail.My professional opinion is to run toward another credit union in the city ?

Besides them handing you your large amount of cash without recounting it back to you. Oh and the creepy yellow, hi forehead dude always starring at someone when they enter the building. Mr movie time forehead, your position is not security, it's pretty girl! Call automated line maybe once a month......it's always not working! On top of the phone lines to the actual bank.....never works! But they can afford an all out black power weekend ????

RUN! BS PLACE TO BANK. BEEN THERE OVER 6 YEARS. ALWAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT. MISSING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. EMPLOYEE TRIED STEALING BRAND NEW CREDIT CARD INFO AND CHARGE ROBLOX POINTS. PHONES TO BANK OR AUTOMATIC LINE NEVER WORK. SAW 7 WORKERS AND ALL WERE TALKING ABOUT PERSONAL ISSUES BUT THE PHONE KEPT RINGING. ALL MONEY SPENT FOR A WEEKEND CELEBRATION, WAS IT SOME OF MINE THAT WAS STOLEN AND SPENT? THEY NEVER RECOUNT LARGE AMOUNTS OF CASH BACK TO YOU. CREEPY YELLOW GUY IN OFFICE WATCHES HARDER THAN SECURITY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STRAIGHT BS!! AND THESE SERVICES ARE FORMULATED FOR THE BLACK COMMUNITY!?!?!? I WILL TRUST MY MONEY WITH A HEROIN ADDICT BEFORE I RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE!!!!
