Called to make a reservation for a cargo van. I'm very thorough so I asked questions such as is there a deposit, cost etc.
Get to this location lady says I can't get the van unless I use a credit card because it's owned by a private company? But the van says Uhaul!! I wasn't told this on the phone
So they wanted to give us a truck and charge a deposit? Again not informed when I clearly asked this question over the phone.. I decided that this was becoming a complexion for protection problem and I didn't want to do business with people who are NOT on the same page with one another regarding policies... And I can't stand Liars!!!

UHAUL is such a scam and honestly so is this place. They're still trying to charge me rent for a unit I've been moved out of since before the end of the year, it's not my fault your management is incompetent and can't properly close out an account

Never ever use this place. They send you a fake code by email and tell you that's is your access code. Then when you try to get in they tell you no you need a card. THEY NEVER TELL YOU YOY NEED A CARD. The email never says get an card it says here is your access code. I had movers sitting for 45mins trying to get in with an access code. Called after 5 times and all of a sudden I need a card. EXTRA 100 DOLLARS I paid for because they have terrible customer service.

Great neighborhood place..sucks office soon will be closing permanently though..after this last month having to deal with other location isn't so helpful or friendly anymore.lowered 2 stars

Very nice and professional staff. Clean facilities. Not happy about the price as we booked a smaller unit but when we got there they didn't have that sized unit any more so they said they would give us the next one up for the same price but they did not honor that, they charged us the full price for the larger unit every month. Canceling our unit once it was empty was painless and easy. Would recommend but would not trust any verbal agreements made.
