The manager is super awesome, I told her I was gonna be on my was to get one of their pick up trucks(10 mins ) and she had it warmed up for me and and ready to go!

I reserved a pick up truck which I have rented many times from uhaul. I get to the location and get told that they have to take a picture of me and my ID. No problem. Next step we need to other contact other then you, I reply that I don't have them and it wasn't required all the other times. I was told that it has always been this way. I was turn away because I have no one to be my contact. Called their corporate number and was told no its not required but some location will require it if they are in anarea witch have had their trucks stolen. But you have my number, my cc, and ID I am not going to steal your truck. Needless to say I will no longer rent from here because they believe that I am going to steal their equipment.
