Middle of the day and the store was closed "due to staffing shortage". This was closed along with all the other ubreakifix locations in the City. This is so unacceptable as they are the only servicer of Verizon insurance claims. Call Verizon and tell them they need to find a new partner for repairs. Try Fixology in the...

They charged me $215 for a new screen only to find out that instead of replacing the screen with glass like it originally was, they replaced it with a sort of plastic. I put a drink can down on it for no more than a minute, and the condensation from the bottom of the can left a permanent mark on the plastic.

The guys were awesome, not just because they fixed most of my problems, but because of the way they listened to what my problems were and tried my suggestion. Based on a belief and a prayer things worked out. They did the work and didn't understand or explain the results. Great job guys!
