Absolutely love this location. I've gotten most of my makeup from here and they never disappoint. The prices are great and they have a wide variety of brands. Not to mention the customer service is amazing. All the employees are super sweet and completely willing tk help you with anything. Shade matching, a certain brand, skin care, a perfume smell, and narrowing down your options till you find something. If I could rate more stars, I would.

Sale products sell out fast they do not seem to carry a large inventory! Things are always being changed around, hard to find products, not a lot of staff to help assist customers. Long wait at check out

The ladies at this Ulta are truly amazing. I came in today needing some help with wedding makeup and not only did they help me find products, but they also made sure that everything worked with my skin tone. Every one of these women were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and professional.š

The past few times Iāve been here one of the employees is always standing around giggling with her friends that donāt even work there. Itās mad annoying especially when theyāre all just in your way. Never had any issues with this location before but itās not the vibe anymore.

I went in today to be colored match for Mac foundation and Ray was the staff member that helped me. He was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. I am illiterate when it comes to anything makeup wise. He match me perfectly so thank you Ray for knowing your stuff and being so patient, understanding, helpful and having top tier customer service. You deserve a BIG raise and I hope you get it!

Shopping at The Ulta store at Franklin Park Mall is always a very anxiety free experience. When I come here, I often do pick up orders. Ulta always sends very clear, store specific directions once your order is ready. I know where to go, what I need for proof that this is indeed my order, and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. The store always looks very clean and inviting. Thanks for never causing me additional anxiety.

The sales staff were very kind and accommodating. They took the time to compare products and even let me try some different products after they assessed my skin type. (I love my new lip color!)
I was pleased with their recommendations and bought all the products they recommended. Prices are very reasonable.
I look forward to shopping there again!
