They take away more services as you go. No longer 24/7 cause they took all of the keys away. No more computer services (and was constantly they are out of order before that). You can't receive a fax (im not kidding). No more copying from print to your email. You better off going to the library or one of the other UPS stores. The other UPS stores around all say this one doesn't do the services they should.

I was walking to open the door with three packages in my hand and admittedly the store was closing shortly so when I saw an employee, this short, skinny curly headed girl race to the door, I thought it was to help me by opening the door and instead she locked it on me while I was standing there and walked away. I don’t know why I plead with her saying I already had labels all I needed was to drop off, because she went on ignoring me. Customer Service here is terrible. No wonder UPS has started taking packages at drugstores because their own branches employees have zero manners, customer service skills or work ethic. I can’t wait for automation.

Both thumbs up. The only issues I've seen with this location are ones caused by impatient people acting like children. This location is often pretty busy, because other locations drop the ball so much and these folks pick up the slack... I've never known the management and staff to be anything but friendly and helpful (even the youngsters that lack customer social service skills which is more a generational thing than anything else.)

Consistently rude service, poor management. You can be the only one in the store and standing there with a package and no one will help you or say that they'll be right with you. Do yourself a favor and go to the UPS Store on Monroe in Sylvania.

These people have ALWAYS been fast courteous, and tried hard to give superlative service, answer questions, and move the lines out with minimal friction. You can tell that this is an OVERALL experience because MOST of the customers, despite the wait times, are happy in demeanor and are not angry or hostile about the environment. Even if they cannot help, they try to find a way to assist in some other way. This UPS channel is a jewel in an otherwise hum-drum delivery service among the available choices. (Sorry UPS, your rating overall has gone down, and if it wasn't for this location, you would have LIKELY lost my business ENTIRELY, so start seeing what THEYRE doing and copy/paste, THEN, give them a raise so you don't lose them... and FOR GOD'S sake, don't split them up, it is a SUREFIRE way to stop the gravy train!!!)
