My daughter recently purchased a vehicle from this man. Posted as a private seller which was not the case. Asked if the vehicle was wrecked he said no. Vin number says otherwise. He cleared the lights from dash. Next day after purchase they came on for her. He did tell me that it needed brakes. But failed to mention that she needed brakes, rotors, sway bar, and possibly struts. Not to mention fixing the engine code that was mysteriously not there when purchased. Which is looking like and exhaust manifold. The cars paint job looks like a 2 year old did it. He mysteriously lost the key fob the day before selling. Told us he would find it and get it to us. Nothing yet. Crickets. He definitely seen a 19 year old girl so excited to buy her first "adult" car and took advantage. I understand buying a used car can come with issues but dang dont tell me the car is in excellent condition when clearly a monkey could of done a better job. Buyers beware. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BASSAM OR HIS DEALERSHIP.

Angel liked to post a vehicle for sale appearing to be a private sale, until it comes time to talk prices etc. Sells a vehicle not only with problems, some of which comes with the territory of buying a cheaper car but issues that he could have spent a few bucks on and should have addressed himself before selling it.
Like having the proper keys for the vehicle and the keyless entry code. Misrepresented the vehicle description and condition in his facebook listing. Acting like a private seller. And he uses his vehicles as his daily drivers.
So he beats them up and puts miles on them while trying to sell them. These guys also try to pull the $250 documentation fee garbage.
I've yet to start making the half dozen repairs needed or the $200 I'll need to spend for a new key and the keyless entry number. I've got my fingers crossed.

Far prices and lousy service that turned into a constant struggle to get my temporary title which turned me into purchasing a second temporary tag. I was charged for a temporary tag that was not available at the dealership of the time of purchase. I personally had to drive to BMV to purchase a temporary tag in which should of been a red flag. Forty five days later I had to purchase a second temporary tag cause the dealership had problems with the original title. Now the second temporary tag is about to expire and still no title so I can use my plates. They told me to drive a coworker to the BMV so they can register original title and then I can have my temporary title. Also dealership kept telling me I had to pay the taxes for the vehicle before I can receive my temporary title even though taxes were added in the contract along with my down payment. On top of these problems the vehicle has had nothing but mechanical problems .

The guy who sold the car to me (Angel) told me that there was nothing wrong with the car, once we left the lot he called and said the struts were bad which I didn't throw a big deal about it until 4 hours later as soon as I pulled into the driveway, the left driver side wheel wouldn't turn as I was turning the steering wheel so now I can't drive the car and he isn't answering my calls or texts. VERY UPSET because he knew I was a student with no transportation or money. He took all of my money for nothing!!!😔

This place is a BIG RIP OFF. Don't buy here!!! Once you leave they don't know you or want know you. The only way they know you is to buy another lemon from them. The cars are good for the first 10 mile then be ready for the BIG repair bill!!!!!!!!!

I traded in my car Wednesday. I got an SUV. The dealer was nice and negotiable. 5 days later the car broke down! He's avoiding me now. Wednesday April 26, 2017 i met with the owner of the car lot. My boyfriend knew his workers so we tight we were in good hands. I test drove the 2005 ford escape. It drove nicely. My boyfriend who comes from a family who's worked on cars their whole lives said it was a good vehicle with only a few issues that he could fix. So we agreed I'd trade in my car and the owner would pay for the taxes and gave me $100 for my car. I was not shown any paperwork that said the vehicle is being sold as is. The owner said they would help if any problems occurred. On Sunday april 30, 2017 going down the road from my house the suv broke down. I did not hit any bumps or anything I was doing 30 on a smooth straight road and all of a sudden the tires stopped spinning when I would press the gas pedal it wouldn't move. Now the vehicle won't even start. I contacted the owner the day it broke down. He gave me his mechanics number. We got a hold of the mechanic and he said he'd figure out what's going on and get back with me. We never heard back. So on Monday we go to the car lot at 230pm. The hours on the door say 9am-6pm. The open sign wad on but no one was there. I called a couple times each hour till 6pm and no one ever answered. I messaged the owner on Facebook explaining I went to his place of business and no one was there. I've called and no one has answered. I'm a mother of 2 I have to take and pick up from school and sports. The car I traded in was all I had! I have no money. I can barely afford rent. I don't even have a bed to sleep on. I can't afford a new vehicle! He read my message but didn't respond. He's avoiding me. I will give him his money back I'll pay the taxes and give him $100 if I can just get my car back please! I can't believe a business would do this to a mother and her kids. He took away my vehicle and gave me junk! How am i supposed to transport my children?
