My package was shipped Friday from New York and was supposed to be delivered the following Monday but here it is Tuesday and they shipped it from Toledo today back to Michigan again for the second time wtf...

I’ve live in the point for 30 years. I’ve always used this branch. Never again. Poorest customer service I’ve received in years. I’ve petitioned for this branch to remain open in the past, never again. Put her out of job. Pathetic attitude, almost to the point of feeling sorry for. Loser!

As hundreds of others have written this is a terrible location with unhelpful staff. I have 0 trust my mail is going to make it to it's location with how the lady treated me. You should be ashamed. No leadership at this location by the obvious poor characters who are allowed to disrespect customers.
