The second one I went to on Ashland in Toledo was closed…
It would help a lot if people out if the put the lunch break times on the website!!

i went to pick up my mail in the middle of a HUGE mail mix-up, the woman working the counter was SO kind and SO helpful. she went out of her way to make sure i get my package even calling people at other stations to ask them about it. thank you SO much!! give this woman a raise!! LOL

They close for almost two hours in the middle of the day and don't actually honor their official hours nor their posted hours.

I love this Post Office! It is such a helpful place to go. The staff are so knowledgeable. I mail all sorts of things to all sorts of places. I always get my many questions answered! They’re so friendly, as well as so knowledgeable!!

The woman who answered the phone at this location quickly located my missing package and set it up for redelivery due to my inability to come retrieve it during their pickup hours.I do find it frustrating they don't answer the phone during lunch 11 - 12 and that they are only open Mon - Fri 9 - 5 BUT when I called the Erie location (where my package got accidentally sorted to) to ask how to get my package back to my post office they were incredibly rude so honestly.. I'd rather have a nice associate and bad hours than better hours and a mean associate.
