I keep getting alerts that my items are being delivered, only I pick up my items from the post office every two weeks. This means someone is scanning my items without looking.
3 items I've lost .
The reason I have a PO Box is to make sure my items are secured .

Given that most people expect to have bad experiences with USPS, I thought I would share the great experience I had with this post office. I recently had a local move within Toledo, and there were a number of complications with my forward mail request, in part because I had just ordered a passport and didn't want it to get slowed down during mail forwarding. All the folks I interacted with here went above and beyond to help me with these complications. What I found especially impressive is how much they remembered about my situation each time I called or came in. It just showed that they actually cared and wanted to help. They were also just very friendly and cheerful. They made my move less stressful :-D

The People working at this post office are super cool , friendly , and willing to help you with whatever problem you may have in regards to your mail…the two female front desk clerks were both very helpful with fixing my problem I was having in regards to holding my mail and their supervisor was helpful as well …I don’t normally write reviews so here it is,..Thanks I appreciate all of you and your help.

Staff were friendly, but service was SLOW. Very run down. I prefer the post office on W Bancroft St instead.

I'm here at least once every couple weeks and the folks who work here are patient and kind, and try their best to be quick! The glass windows act like a greenhouse, so it's always quite warm on sunny days. A little scary in the parking lot and getting on Douglas, cars go too fast.

These people in this office are the most unprofessional people I've ever met that works for the post office my father was a maul man for almost 30 years till he died and ice never been ashamed of a postal worker for what the do. But never answers phone calls doesn't drop packages off where destined to go and then sends them back for what makes me want to cover up the post office eagle on my chest my father's turning in his grave over these kind of unprofessionalism

Great people, easy access, and timely service. This is a very well run post office. The clerks are kind. The carriers go the extra mile. City offices ought to take note of the Kenwood Station.

I showed up with 25+ packages that needed to be sent out. I came inside and asked for a dolly to help me bring them all in - and instead an employee came out with multiple carts and helped me take in multiple loads of packages! It was more than I could ask for. He was so helpful and kind! Thank you! I've always had good customer service here, but this was above and beyond!

The carriers do a good job but the staff inside the postal office on Haughton Dr are the worst. They wouldn't help you if you drop dead on the floor. I only use them when I'm given labels from other people. Otherwise I avoid USPS like the plague.
