It’s 7/28/25 4:49pm it’s raining and I let my dog out front to use the bathroom while I was in the kitchen the mailman came by I don’t expect him to deliver the mail with a dog in the yard ( Chihuahua) but instead of just delivering it tomorrow they threw my mail on the ground in the rain and my mail is soaked two hospital bills and a check I’m pissed

First time using this location and just wanted to say that Martina is a wonderful asset to this place. She was very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable! Thank you for helping me and my wife and I hope that USPS recognizes Martina for being an outstanding employee. I will only be going back to this location from now on :)

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this location. If I am out and about and need to run to another location, or go to one near my job, I always feel grateful for the ladies at the S. Detroit location. They always go above and beyond. The front desk ladies truly need to be appreciated by the USPS. In fact, give them all a raise. I am so glad this is my local post office. They are the literal best.

Never staffed. I had a package set for pick up bc they never wait for an answer at ur house for a signature. Now they can't find the package and think it's out for delivery again. But she didn't come up with that until she tried to tell me we scheduled the pick up wrong now she's going to call us when they find it

I had a question about my package and the lady on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered my queations and located my package with the delivery date. It was a great encounter! Thank you!

My package was delivered to the wrong address, I’ve talked to 3 different managers and was told they would call me back but I haven’t heard from any of them. It’s very unprofessional and careless that neither one of them had the decency to call me to know what’s up. First manager told me my package wasn’t scanned in front of my house it was scanned somewhere else. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know I’ll never be getting my package but at least give me my money back!. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all with their poor customer service skills, you’ll have to go higher up to get the help you need and that’s exactly what I’ll be doing

I was expecting a package on the 29th of July I received a notice from the post office claiming they couldn't gain entry which is not cause my house has no fence around it and we don't own any pets they claim that at 3:21 p.m they attempted a delivery also not true I have A.D.T I checked the camera no mail truck in sight I better have all my order when it's redelivered or I'm contacting authorities it's a federal crime to play with people mail? as you can clearly see in the picture nothing obstructing access to the mailbox or front porch

I live over by the Zoo and the new mail carriers arent picking up my mail or putting mail in mailbox.I call and complain to Brett and nothing gets done.
