I had to wait in line for 20 minutes, with only one worker at the desk. Another worker came in and was talking to her, but didn't help her (or us). Also the after-hours drop box in the lobby is now locked after hours! Stupid and frustrating!

They need more kiosks for self-service. Having TWO people to serve the public during the holidays is why Trump wants to privatize the poorly run USPS.
