This place needs to be shut down. They pick and choose which houses to deliver to and if they don’t feel like delivering your mail, they won’t and you have to go pick it up. I paid for a package to be delivered on a certain day and they told me “oh well. Our deliveries are not guaranteed”. I have been having issues with them since February!

Chentell likes to give me a silent attitude Everytime I've came in over that past year. She can have a line and be nice and friendly and talkative to every person, and as soon as I come up I get a dirty look, not a word said to me, and she'll do anything she can to make me have to wait longer for her. When I first started coming here she was nice to me and my fiance who came in often to ship items we sell. We are convenient and easy to deal with because we only use qr codes for our packages. I've never once came in and caused an issue or even said anything that should warrant the attitude I'm getting from a clerk who's job is to serve people. If you can't keep your attitude to yourself get out from behind the counter instead of making people feel uncomfortable and like they did something wrong for NO REASON.

Terrible environment, if you want to be treated with class and decency, stay away from this USPS!!
Throughout my experiences there has been one nice worker, short darkskin lady, she’s very polite and engaging. She is very well liked, however, everyone else is horrible, slow and extremely rude for no reason.
The white lady is very rude and fake! She aggressively pushed a package at me one time instead of simply handing it over, everyone in line saw her and you could tell nobody wanted to deal with her
The Lightskin black lady with glasses is THE WORST! Always has a very nasty attitude!! She’s always pestering me about my packages while no other worker ever pesters me, I get the feeling she’s just taking her anger out on customers! Everytime I see her she’s always rude, difficult to communicate with and I’ve seen her disrespect multiple other customers for no reason. I avoid this place like the plague!

After nearly two months at our new apartment, USPS at 2618 Tremainsville Rd, Toledo, OH 43613 has failed repeatedly to process a simple address change despite 4 separate requests and a paid online request. During our last visit at this location in question, the manager was disrespectful & belittling, a behavior echoed by other employees expressing their working environment to us personally. She remains seated every time. unprofessionally scooting herself around in a pink computer chair, projecting superiority over customers & staff alike. The facility itself appears neglected & unclean. We'll be taking our business to another USPS location where we hope for better service. Is this how USPS conducts business? Wow!!

Being new to the zip code, this was my first experience with this post office location. There was a mistake made with start date of my hold mail request. I called the post office and spoke to Rachel, who was so friendly and helpful. It was just an honest mistake of a substitute mail carrier. She was able to contact him and he delivered my mail and packages at the end of the route. I had positive encounters with Rachel at the station and the carrier who came back to bring my mail. Truly exceeded my expectations!

By far one of the worst customer service of all time. I electronically signed for my package online on a Saturday because I knew I had to go to an appointment around the time it was supposed to come. I get back home to a notice on my door saying “couldn’t deliver because no one was there to sign” as if I didn’t literally sign online. So I take the note to the post office and they tell me I have to wait until Monday because the driver wouldn’t be back until after the offices closes, so not I missed an hour and a half of work to come before the post office closes because of THEIR mistake, and the post office is closed unexpectedly due to “staffing issues” line outside the door dozens of people wondering what’s going on and why they are closed. On top of that, a random guy wanted to start a fight with me because I didn’t say thank you soon enough for holding the door open for me. Didn’t give me a chance to say anything before he said you’re welcome. Terrible customer service and trashy customers. Stay away from this place at all costs

The post office's customer service is an absolute joke. They're masters at making you feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Expect long waits, indifferent staff, and zero help when your package inevitably goes missing. It's like they have a PhD in apathy. Save yourself the headache and use any other shipping option available.

Not acceptable to not have help on a Saturday. This is a business that is paid by the taxpayer. Management get it together.

This is how my mail was in my mailbox today 1/24/24. This was all the mail in my box so why did it look like someone put it in there mad??? Also, this is important mail, one of the pieces of mail wasn't even mine. Very bad customer service and I am fired up about it. Don't know who delivered it, but I am in the 43612 area code, Jackman and Alexis area.

Had a wonderful mail carrier today his name is Solomon. I opened my door to hand him a letter and my dog escaped He took the time to help me retrieve my dog. He had a treat handy and was gentle and kind . My dog is difficult to catch , I was very relieved and I’mpressed that he took the time and trouble Fran Krompak

The majority of the time I've gone to the post office the workers were pleasant and helpful. There was only one period when this particular woman was employed there who would straight up refuse me service because I had international mail that needed to be sent, and apparently it was too big of a hassle for her to process the customs form and whatnot so she would just tell me she "couldn't" help me and that I had to come in earlier, which is complete bs. I let it go one time and came back another day, but I have a job, so it's not like I can come in when it's convenient for HER. She did the same thing again.I'm sorry it's "inconvenient" but it's also literally your job, and it was incredibly rude to deny me service not once, but twice, after I waited in a longass line, just so you could tell me no but then go on to help everyone else after me.Thank god that woman doesn't seem to be employed there anymore, because I dreaded going to the post office knowing I'd potentially have to see her. The recent times I've gone, I've received great service, and the workers were prompt. Sometimes you have to wait for a while in line because there's only one person working the counter, but they do the best with what they have, and I appreciate it.

very rude & dismissive. it’s literally like they don’t want to be there at all. i’m 22 and i’ve worked customer service for almost 4 years and was helped by a woman nearly twice my age that treated me worse in 5 minutes than i have anyone in 4 years. awful honestly, if i could give 0 stars i would.
