The post office's customer service is an absolute joke. They're masters at making you feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Expect long waits, indifferent staff, and zero help when your package inevitably goes missing. It's like they have a PhD in apathy. Save yourself the headache and use any other shipping option available.

Not acceptable to not have help on a Saturday. This is a business that is paid by the taxpayer. Management get it together.

This is how my mail was in my mailbox today 1/24/24. This was all the mail in my box so why did it look like someone put it in there mad??? Also, this is important mail, one of the pieces of mail wasn't even mine. Very bad customer service and I am fired up about it. Don't know who delivered it, but I am in the 43612 area code, Jackman and Alexis area.

Had a wonderful mail carrier today his name is Solomon. I opened my door to hand him a letter and my dog escaped He took the time to help me retrieve my dog. He had a treat handy and was gentle and kind . My dog is difficult to catch , I was very relieved and I’mpressed that he took the time and trouble Fran Krompak

The majority of the time I've gone to the post office the workers were pleasant and helpful. There was only one period when this particular woman was employed there who would straight up refuse me service because I had international mail that needed to be sent, and apparently it was too big of a hassle for her to process the customs form and whatnot so she would just tell me she "couldn't" help me and that I had to come in earlier, which is complete bs. I let it go one time and came back another day, but I have a job, so it's not like I can come in when it's convenient for HER. She did the same thing again.I'm sorry it's "inconvenient" but it's also literally your job, and it was incredibly rude to deny me service not once, but twice, after I waited in a longass line, just so you could tell me no but then go on to help everyone else after me.Thank god that woman doesn't seem to be employed there anymore, because I dreaded going to the post office knowing I'd potentially have to see her. The recent times I've gone, I've received great service, and the workers were prompt. Sometimes you have to wait for a while in line because there's only one person working the counter, but they do the best with what they have, and I appreciate it.

very rude & dismissive. it’s literally like they don’t want to be there at all. i’m 22 and i’ve worked customer service for almost 4 years and was helped by a woman nearly twice my age that treated me worse in 5 minutes than i have anyone in 4 years. awful honestly, if i could give 0 stars i would.

Always helpful getting my items where they need to be, when they need to be there. Never had an issue dealing with usps. Kind of upset that flat rate shipping is going up 6.5% but that has nothing to do with this local branch.Last time I was in there, they states they were closing early... which doesn't make sense, it's a government office. Their hours are set I thought.

I had an entire Amazon order never delivered to my address although it said delivered. I checked my cameras and never saw a postal worker arrive at my address. I try to never use the post office for my shipping needs. I am so frustrated because when I called the post office I could hear the lack of concern over my items.

The one lady I always have at the counter has no idea what she is doing. Told my grandmother one thing, told me something different and have us now both very angry. Get your employees trained properly.

They tend to be very dismissive with any issue you may have with them. Now I know why federal employees are protected.

Had the final straw from this post office. I never write negative reviews, I always leave positive reviews when deserved, but this is a warranted negative review. I walked into the post office 8 minutes from close to drop off a PREPAID/PRE LABELED package. Absolutely zero effort handoff for both parties involved. I walk into the door at 4:52 and was greeted to an employee locking the entrance to the door from the lobby. Turning around a few moments later to look at me and say “we’re closed.” I notate my package is a simple prepaid drop off for my business and that the label is prepaid and I have nothing else but this one small thing. This employee is still attempting to lock the door and all together ignoring me as if they are deliberately trying to run down the clock, as they know it is not closing time at all from when I walked in at 4:52 (it is now 4:54 at this point in the interaction). When they finally lock the main lobby door to the checkout counters I was looked at with a look of distain, and was greeted with the warm words of “I guess I’ll take it, I hope it’s right.” To which I reply “It is.” After this interaction I notate that the current time reads 4:56 and noted to the employee that I technically had 8 minutes from walking into the post office in the beginning of this whole ordeal to, again reiterate, DROP OFF A SINGLE PREPAID PACKAGE AT THE COUNTER! While noting this fact they proceeded to attempt to cut me off of my factual statement and give me attitude noting “I should have been here earlier.” I’m sorry miss that I got into work this morning, received a personal business sale mid shift, drove home from my shift at 4:30 in rush hour traffic, made it to my home, packaged up the item/made the shipping label, and got to the post office at 4:52 in time to ship ? I will be more courteous of your personally dictated hours of operation next time and ignore my cellular clock, and the fact that google notes your location is currently open, absolutely my fault ?... but sarcasm aside. No receipt was needed, nothing needed purchase. In and out in 30 seconds or less. Package scan and check, 1 minute or less. But the time this employee took to deliberately attempt to keep me from dropping off my package WHILE THE BUSINESS WAS STILL WITHIN OPERATING HOURS was absolutely absurd. I won’t say who this specific employee is, I’ve had many issues with them in similar fashion in the past, none of which I have wrote about. I could make a power point presentation and minor essay on the problems I have had with them alone. I have no idea if it is her tenure that makes her think she can talk/act any way she wants and do what she wants and lock up when she feels like it, but this **** needs to ****ing stop right now! I am extreme civil, but if I keep being met with hostility from this employee there will have to be reprimanding action to this problem. Fix! This! Post office!!!To give a scale to show how often I use this post office, below is a screenshot of my online business and sales numerics. Every. Single. One. Of these 222 packages was shipped though this post office and I have never had any issues except with this one employee! Everyone else there is lovely and they (and the fact I live across the street) are the reason I keep coming back!Fix! This! Post! Office!!!

By far the worst post office in this area. Always a long line due to one cashier being open. I keep coming back because it’s convenient. Numerous people have complained of the same issue by hiring more people. That simple!
