Needed to mail a package I knew they closed at noon on Saturday got there 1125 and they are all closed up for the weekend! Thanks alot! After reading the reviews of this trash place guess I'm not surprised these lazy people aren't working. Maybe suggest to DOGE where we could make some cuts

I went in today just going in to buy some stamps. First time I ever used this post office . I walked in and there were 2 tellers. One was handling a customer and the other seemed to be free. Well I walked up to the counter and the lady tells me that the other girl will help me, but she did it with a nasty attitude. So I just calmly got in line to wait for the other teller. Not even a second later the guy behind me walks up to the teller who just told me to go to the other counter, and he buys some stamps from her.
Neither one of the lady’s there were nice, and they both seemed to be ticked off at me for no reason. Shooing me off like an annoying fly. Won’t come here again.

Saw on the website that walkin passport appointment are available during a certain time on their website..come in during said certain time; no that’s wrong they aren’t available you have to make an appointment. Makes an appointment to get passport done comes in for said appointment and then told that no one is here to do the passport and a manager was supposed to call me..no call from anyone. Update your website and don’t make appointments available if you don’t have anyone. Thanks for wasting my time.

Customer Service from some of the clerks sucks at this location - it is what it is. I go there IF I have to and I always cross my fingers it is a quick in-and-out experience.

Umm . Yea . After reading some of these reviews .. I'm a tad perturbed how my experience this afternoon will go .. especially after reviewing the high volume .. of ppl n wait time is .. the day n gime ill b arriving 😬😶🌫️
However..question .. hopefully this is the location that I'm supposed to bring my unemployment document to .. n my paperwork ..that they I think fax to ODJF?? idk . I have this email I printed w a barcode I'm going to the post office . .!! I hope this one will suffice .. any advice ... Im 🤝 grateful..🙌🫶

There is 1 teller that seems to hate her job. Every time I’m in she is rude. On 10/15/24 I had 3 items to mail. I need them all weighed and post marked. When I ask to verify they were posted me wouldn’t show me and said: I took them and stamped them didn’t I.
One 11/15 I got 1 envelope back post marked 10/22 and it stated postage due. Why would she do this. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. She definitely has no customer service skills.

I booked an appointment for the passport and waited for a week. Then they called me on the same day of the appointment and said that your appointment was cancelled.

I went for baby's passport oppointment. They let me take the oppointment with picture but when I reach at the location she told me to get the pictures with us because she don't have white background to take a picture for passport. I had to reschedule my oppointment now and already wasted my day today. And lady at the counter was very rude

Absolutely not acceptable that stamps at the inside window is not available on Valentines weekend because the manager has been off all week. How can this even be possible? So my sweet cards had to have a flag stamp from a machine placed on them. Figure out a way to cover with your staff when you are on vacation management.

This place is horrible and I have scheduled an appointment for my baby passport.The person who handles the documents not there and asked me to go near by location.In other location we waited for 1 hour to finish our work.This is horrible and not professional at all.

Avoid this place, if you are a happy person as the misery literally seeps from the seams of the buildings. I refuse to become a member of the BB club. Apparently every card-carrying member works here. They are only friendly when they know they are being watched or if you are an acquaintance.

I've been going here ALOT for the last 4 years to ship my small business etsy orders. The ppl are helpful AND kind. One thing I've learned from other reviewers and actually going to the place and seeing for myself, is that you're hearing from grumpy people on a short fuse lol
