I paid to send a certified letter August 18, after two weeks I gave up checking since it was past no longer valid (which ended up a blessing in disguise). I randomly checked it Sept. 18 and realized it was in Cleveland, Jamaica Queens, Manhattan NY. I contacted the official USPS via my online account and they contacted them to see why. When they called me they told me the computer glitched for a month and I wouldn’t receive a refund since it wasn’t insured. My informed delivery seems to be working just fine and suddenly NY is not showing for the 18th like it did the day I saw it and reached out. Very strange. Suddenly it was in Michigan overnight and is still in transit to this day. The end.. I suggested you track your important mail. There are probably dozens of people whose mail never made it and they have no idea.

The older lady at the front counter that wears glasses and have a 27 piece is always rude every time I go up there they need better workers if she doesn’t like her job she should quit

I spoke to a woman named Victoria, she was out right rude and disrespectful. I have been having problems getting my mail for months and all she could say is write my name on the mailbox. I am close to 50 years old and I have never had a problem getting mail and I have NEVER wrote my name on the mailbox. She didn't even look anything up for me or check my address or anything. So I asked about a PO box and she looked at me and acted like I was Mentally retarded (I do not mean NO disrespect) she said that I couldn't get one, and continued to just look me up and down. I am a very understanding person, but that woman has no business working with the public. I have a lot of heart problems and this happened about 2 weeks ago. I did report her but they said to do a review or it would be swept under the rug. I am still having trouble, but I wrote my name on the mailbox!

I don't actually know who the post office is helping at this point. I was trying to find a misplaced package and couldn't get the help that I needed. Sometimes the issues are more complex that an automated system can handle and that was my experience. The number that is provided only gives you limited options and it will regularly route you to put in a service request or to check the status. No one has every gotten back to my about the requests that I have put in. This has been my second experience with a lost/misplaced package and none of them have every been resolved.

They delivered two of my orders to the wrong house that was not cheap and they also put package was left with individual witch was noone in my house hold I have my house street address on my house you can clearly see 🤬🤬

They should close this location because they are not doing their job correctly. I have been waiting for my package with a delay of 5 days, no one answers the phone, no one gives me an answer about what is happening with my package. It is incredible how this country is.

My mail was not delivered from November 22 - November 25, 2024 Maplewood Avenue,
Mail delivery should have stopped on November 16, 2024.
I went to the post office in downtown Toledo and I did not any mail to pick-up.
I indicated that mail could be delivered on December 2.
What is really going on in 2024?

This location is always such a disappointment. You walk in, nobody else in line, not one of the clerks acknowledge you, and are on their phones. It’s the only location that makes me buy a piece of tape to tape a package. With the amount of money that I spend with USPS, they cannot give you a piece of tape. I was going to go to UPS prior to coming here and strongly regret not doing so. Every other location throughout the state of Ohio I’ve been to has amazing customer service. This location, you feel like you are walking into the DMV.

Calling them is a joke. Can't talk to anybody! Site says my pkg was out for delivery by 425 pm. Seen the mail carrier about 3pm he never showed up and then got notified that it wasn't being delivered till next day! What a joke! So glad I didn't need that pkg today...... oh wait..... I DID! THANKS USPS FOR NOTHING! COULDNT EVEN PICK UP MY PKG CAUSE CANT EVEN TALK TO A HUMAN BEING!

Yeah they've been horrible these last years. You can never get a hold of anyone. I tried the automatic call got all the way to the end and was disconnected. Horrible what happened to answering at the local office

--July 2023-- this blue collection box has been at the empty lot at Central ave & Holland Sylvania ave for over 2 decades, since K Mart left . They pay a collector to stop there daily, see if there's mail in it !!That's just one bizarre sample of how things work at USPS ..

Are multiple occasions I get notified that a package will be delivered on a say Wednesday I may get the package Friday or Saturday, If I'm lucky. I'm getting to the point when I get a notice that my package will be delivered by the Post Office not to be looking for because 9 times out of 10 it does not show up I don't even know why I have the notifications that packages will be delivered The Post Office is getting worse and worse In notifications Of deliveries The other guys are just as bad too Really just so tired of it And I have received no mail the last 2 days
