I needed to talk to a person to track a package and the comperter kept repeating the same thing. So I ask to speak to a person and it hung up on me.

I live at the Covent house and on the weekends delivery's get stolen by the other residents that reside here and I order a pretty paw for my dog so now the package getting redilverd might get stolen again all because they are closed on the weekends and I can't get ahold of a actually person.

EDIT on my previous 2 star review.I received a call from the Erie st.USPS manager regarding my certified letter that was never redelivered. I sent an email to USPS she called me the same day,was very polite, knowledgeable and even offered to look into the issue herself.I really appreciate a business that cares about their customers! I apologise for the previous unfair review.THIRD EDIT:Why is it so difficult for whomever delivers mail to the apartments at 6 Southard Ave. to knock on my door and hand it to me or leave the parcel at my door?I'm home every single day,all day yet I've never heard a knock at the door.The sad thing is the only company who properly delivers mail these days is AmazonIs it because I have a tiny apt sized mailbox and the mail delivery worker doesn't feel like walking up 3 flights of stairs to do their job?I've gotten two "Sorry we missed you! We RE deliver for you" postal forms so I'm going to attempt to get my package redelivered before my mail is sent back on 1/1/2021 if I had transportation I would've waisted my gas to do your job for you.Sorry to be so crass,but please get your act together or review the effort your postal workers put out.**I previously edited my two ⭐ review to a five ⭐ but I'm leaving it at 2 because of the overwhelming amount of mistakes the Central Station P.O on 235 N.Erie St.continues to make.Thank you- Free Range

Very very helpful friendly staff. Also very helpful with my shipping choices and speed of delivery. I like this option better than other shippers in the business the USPS provides very accurate delivery times with the least expensive shipping option in the shipping business. If you live or work in and around this area stop in for all of your shipping needs all of your concerns will be addressed (pun intended) with the knowledgeable staff. They are always there to help.

The woman who is usually behind the counter is the RUDEST, most god awful excuse for a customer service person that I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Don't step up to the counter like you're going to get in line behind the person she's presently serving, or she'll yell at you, "behind the line!" like some drill sergeant anger management reject. Pick another post office to do your business. Any place but this one!
