For someone who has built that store up from nothing putting 16 years of his life in that store and servicing the Point Place community I'm extremely disappointed as to how horrible Victra treats their employees. When I was taking care of my dying mother and was on FMLA when I came back to work let's just say my HR crossed the line on many issues. That store used to be all about the customer. As our customer service was the best in the business. That's what kept us alive. People could call the store and talk to us. We made it personal. Now Victra won't even let our customers call the store without being screened by somebody in another country. And don't get me started on the 500% markup on the accessories they sell! To all my past customers you guys made those 16 years worth it! To Victra you should be embarrassed...... I'm glad to see you have an automated response to people who have complaints about your store. The people who should be seeing this probably do not see it. The company is an absolute joke.

Point Place Verizon is great! Mary gives phenomenal customer service. Upgraded two phones and found a cheaper plan for us. Even purchased all the accessories we needed. Mary is the best!!
