I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and Jason(Jay) was incredibly helpful. I had 5 lines to move over and he made the process fun and seamless. Ended up getting all new phones AND 2 iPads with streaming services included all for about what I was paying at T-Mobile for outdated phones. If you go here, see Jay. He’ll take care of you and is up front about costs and EVERYTHING!!!! Thank you Jay!

The worse customer Service ever, Im canceling my service. This Location is the worse I bet if I was a man the Guy would have helped me. because I'm having issues with my phone they tell me to go Best buy and spend more money not there issues. how the hell do you sell a phone and cant help. Verizon this is unacceptable for all the Money Me n my husband pay a month something has to be done.
To the owner I was treated really rude and very unprofessional at the Verizon store on Reynolds rd. And Airport location in Ohio. I haven't been able to get into my phone with my password. That I have had. Since all the mishap happened last week. Me and my husband pay 300 something odd dollars on our phone service. I walked into the store there were three gentlemen working there. A young man I approached. I said excuse me can I ask you a question trying to give him a quick description of what's going on with my phone I started to explain he cut me off and said that's not a verizon problem that's a Samsung problem. I said excuse you cut me off with out hearing my issue. I said I have to go down the street and pay more money. He said we'll here you will pay 99 verse 45 at another store company where I didn't get my phone from. I'm work in a health care I'm taking off from work to come get this taken care of because over the phone From Verizon I was told it was a in-store issues to be resolved. After being on the phone for 1 hour n 10mins. Then hung up on multiple times. Very frustrating. Me n my husband are looking to switch our phone service company. I was treated really rude. So I did get back rude with him. And the other customers said I understand what your going thru. This is not unacceptable at an all time high. I had to take off work, spending time talking for hours to not get help at all. Then was told so many different things. To have to go n restart my phone as new to lose all my memories of pictures contacts all kind of things. This needs to be resolved ASAP. I'm very unhappy with this.

Terrible experience at this store. Simple task - set up my iPad with Verizon cellular account. Employees were not trained, and rude. Wasted half hour. Ended up with words with ?Manager Jason. Went to another location and he had it done in 3 minutes, no problems, and excellent customer service. My advice - avoid this (independent) Verizon store.

Awful experience — deceitful, vague, and untrained salesperson. Sedrick, our salesperson, promised us a trade in, but backed down when the system wouldn’t let him. Failed to take accountability, blaming the system and making us pay money to fix his mistakes. All the while he constantly tried to upsell us. Manager was “unavailable”, and we waited over 2 hours for him to fix his mistake — he had to keep calling someone else to navigate his own system. Never coming back here again.

DO. NOT. TRUST. SEDRICK. Deceitful, vague, and untrained staff. He offered us a trade-in deal, but after the system failed he went back on the deal and made us pay extra. We had to wait 2 HOURS for Sedrick to fix his mistake all while he kept trying to up-charge us. He had no idea how to navigate the system and kept calling somebody. Ask for someone else or go to a different store.

They had no idea what they were doing, barely said a word, and have totally different prices in store vs what is advertised online. Can one wireless company not make it so difficult to be a customer?!?
