zero stars Do not do business with this store. I switched to a business account at their suggestion in Sept. paid everything upfront and every month i get device charges on my bill. Every month i go in they say they will get it handled someone will call you tomorrow and that never happens. When i call the only info i get is I don't know ABSOLUTE worst customer service. I have been a verizon faithfull longer than they have been verizon but seriously about to switch.

Elijah at Verizon is the best! He hooked me up with all the new latest devices. As long as he is working with this company, I will always go there!

Ryann was a blessing and amazing to work with. She understood my concern about losing photos and messages of my son who passed away and took great care in making sure everything transferred over and backed up properly. In addition to Ryann the rest of the staff was also very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Went to this Verizon after switching over a week prior to return some old phones we had for trade-in. The return was not put in properly, and instead of helping us, they told us we had to go across town to the one we signed up with because that's the only way we could return our phone. This was incorrect, and I feel like we got sent away because they didn't feel like dealing with us and couldn't make a commission off us because we already upgraded elsewhere. The store was well maintained and clean, and we were treated well until they found out we were only there to return phones. This is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1.

Never going to this location again! Steve restarted my phone after I told him I’ve already did that and it didn’t help. Never tried to troubleshoot my phone! No greeting came from either one of the workers there. Very terrible customer service. Very upsetting being that I’ve been with Verizon since 2017. I ended up canceling that line and thinking about canceling my whole account. Very disheartening to be treated that way.

Autumn was knowledeable and set up an appointment for completion of the purchase. New credit card wasn't accepted even though they have used it to do auto payments and I already paid first monthly payment.

Ryann, at Reynolds and Airport gave me 5-star service. Very polite and well versed in finding out my technology needs and setting me up with a phone I would like. She's assisted in several previous sales and service.

I would like to personally recognize Relly as being one of the best customer service employees I have ever had to the pleasure of meeting. The man went above and beyond what anyone else would have to ease the stress of losing my phone. The man deserves the employee of the year award and I will always go to him in the future! I WANTED A VERIZON BUSINESS ACCOUNT BECAUSE I KNOW SEVERAL LOCAL BUSINESS OWNERS WHO HAVE AND LIKE IT.I went into the store to open a business account. The staff were friendly but talked amongst themselves way to much about non work-related things, which made it hard to ask questions. Steve started out helping me but he needed help from the business account manager. I don't recall her name (middle-aged, white, shoulder-length, blonde bob.) She believed that if your business doesn't have social media accounts then more than likely it wasn't real and requested items that I knew she didn't need after my business was verified. Pretty sure I wouldn't pay taxes or have a 401K established for a fake business. It was a waste of 30 minutes but it's okay I went to another location and started service.I will probably go back and visit Steve for future purchases.
