They were awesome! I just got a new account and they helped me with all my questions and tried to credit my account as much as they could to lower my bill each month! The manager Amanda was awesome! The worker who helped set up my account whose name was Elizabeth was very helpful and wanted to help me in every possible ! She helped me get 4 new phones and a new line for my son and made sure to answer all my questions! Very pleased!

I went today with a technical issue with my phone. I had 3 live chats with it "professionals" who could not help. Walked in and Rick solved the the problem and answered a few other questions I had. Great customer service great experience.

Manager with braces and braids is a real winner. Everyone else there was helpful but this guy was born to be a middle manager in a cell phone store in Toledo.
Had the same screen defect in a Google Pixel for the 4th time and he refused to call customer service to waive the fee for a new phone replacement. It'll get the same screen repair I've already had, round and round we go. I've spent over 6 hours of my time getting this phone fixed. Was I upset? You bet I was.

I was told the wait would be 15 minutes. It was 45 minutes before I gave up being helped and left. I would not come back on a Saturday. They give inaccurate wait times.

Terrible store, this is the worst Verizon in Toledo. They are always rude and have no respect. Every time I go to this location to spend money, they turn me away. The man with the braids was extremely rude and unprofessional. Trust me. Don’t waist your time going to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wow... what an amazing experience. Thanks to Alex and, of course, the amazing Jill.
I enjoy visiting the verizon stores, but when it comes to our business accounts, we do have an issue when there is nobody knowledgeable on business accounts, this is the perfect location with a business account manager in the store. Perfect help and assistance from both Alex and Jill.
As an update: I forgot to mention that I was a little sad to see us leave the store with more answered questions and empty-handed. We visit franchised stores and leave with two big bags of stuff, and nothing learned. I was a little apprehensive about going into the store, but everyone in the store was very cheerful and had smiles, I was enjoying myself and not looking at hungry wolves.

You need to go to Alex if you want to have the best customer service! He’s knowledgeable and patient and always smiling. He made the transaction of trading in my iPhone for another AND took care of everything! You’re lucky if he’s available bcuz he’s JUST THAT GOOD! SF :)

After two disappointing visits at 3rd party Verizon stores I wanted a Corporate store. This store was the right choice. Customer service her was stellar. Everyone was friendly making sure I was being helped. Jeff was very friendly listening to my frustrations about the lack of service I had received from the other stores. He asked what could he do to help me and I knew I had come to the right place. This store is an hour from home. I will pass four 3rd party Verizon stores closer to home to come here. It's definitely worth the drive!
