I have bought a blood pressure cuff that was Walgreen brand for 75$ and it does not work. I then bought a thermometer there it worked 2 times and the battery died!!! My family needs this they are sick!! I was so distraught about my sick husband that I threw away the receipt and I was already broke to afford the blood pressure cuff and thermometer!!!
I had to purchase a blood pressure cuff there because I asked my doctor to send in a doctors order that I can get a blood pressure cough free of charge. But they stated they did not do that there. When I asked them if I could please have the prescription so I could take the blood pressure cuff elsewhere they said to contact the doctor again. It had taken me so many attempts to get the doctor to even order it in the first place because he is so hard to get a hold of! That is wrong. I surely do miss Rite Aid.

I came in and asked if they had western union. The associate said yeah. I then had to ask where it was cause there are no signs, he said to me "in the corner ". Did not show me did not seem willing to help. After I found the kiosk and entered my info I went back to the associate gave him my ID and the # and he said I need something to scan. I said it just said give you the #. He then said you gotta go over there.. he wasn't helpful, he didn't care about being friendly. His name was Terry K..

The staff at this store is always caring and polite. I purchased stuff in-store and sometimes did online pick up and never had a problem. Their photo center is also great, i had a problem with my order and they did not hesitate to correct it. I sure will be back!

Has a FedEx shop and one stop shopping...can also find witchcraft and voodoo supplies here, but have to know the magic phrase, which Las Saturday was "raining pancakes all day long".

Have reliably had good experiences with getting Covid tests here. Haven't tried getting a vaccine here or getting prescriptions filled, but when I use the drive-through window service has always been courteous and timely and I really appreciate that.

I've been using this Walgreens and their pharmacy for 19 years. I've loved all their employees for most of that time. I don't know what's happened in the last 6 months but I refuse to deal with them anymore. I ask a question and it doesn't get answered. They are rude and disrespectful on the phone. I've asked to speak to a pharmacist and been hung up on. I've rarely seen the two girls that have been there a while. They are the only good ones left. Goodbye Walgreens! You should do personality check for these people that have to deal with the public!
