I would like to give zero stars. The pharmacist HIBA advised me that she would not fill my prescription after 3 1/2 years of going there. Because my doctor is in Michigan, but didn’t and couldn’t give me any legal reason why she could not fill my prescription. I cannot be without my medicine and it’s a Saturday. I can’t do anything until Monday morning. The store manager, Joe, isn’t much better. Very unprofessional and degrading. And they wonder why all these chains are going out of business.. I am going to take legal action.

Walgreens has some of the rudest people in their pharmacy. In my opinion they over prescribe medication. If it’s not called in, don’t fill it. You won’t with controlled substances. I had to argue to say that all antidepressants and SSRI are controlled substances.

Horrible place to fill prescriptions. If your lucky enough to not have to wait in a 30 minute line, pray they have what you need in stock. I lost a prescription and my doctor called in a replacement script on thursday instead of letting him know they were out of stock I waited hours until they called me and said the medicine will be in friday. Fine annoying but fine. Next day comes and still no medicine, which I had to find out myself at 350pm when I called to find out why it hadn't been filled yet. So now they say I have to wait until Monday. Apparently I could have had my doctor send the script to a different location, which I would have done had they let me know before he went home for the weekend. Lesson learned, if you need your medicine don't take the chance at walgreens. I really miss rite aid.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. The people working the registers and stocking shelves inside the store are usually great, but the pharmacy is one of the worst I've ever been to. Regardless of how many people are in line it takes no less than 45 minutes to get my prescriptions picked up. It doesnt matter the day or time, its so slow and some of the people behind the counter dont even know how to use their computers sometimes.

No one works at the pharmacy. Don’t bother trying to give them your money. They don’t want it. Literally no one works here.

So difficult to get through by phone to the store pharmacy. I really don't like having to go through 2 or 3 people, just to be on hold for 15 minutes. Very stressful and I'm too old for all this. I am disabled, I've hand surgery on my hands, it's too hard to try and hold a prescription bottle and turn a lid and especially too hard to push a tab and turn. I specifically asked for the small pop off lids. I got home and I can't even open either bottle. Everyone is too busy to help, rude and no patience. Prescriptions are way over priced, I wish my insurance would use Kroger Pharmacy again.

Had placed a pick up order and when I arrived, it wasn’t what I ordered. I told the girl working, she was like no that’s it, but what was shown was a 4 pack of something and they have given me one drink total. I just asked for a refund instead, they said they couldn’t give me one because someone had already accidentally marked the order picked up hours beforehand. I start getting irritated because we’ve been going back and forth for 20 minutes and I had to go to work. She said they could do walgreens credit instead. I asked how long that would take and she said “honestly I don’t know” I told her I need to just come back tomorrow because I don’t have an hour to spare on a slow incompetent worker when I had to be to work myself. She was by far the most rude worker I’ve ever interacted with. She even told me “it’s not my fault you ordered the wrong thing” when In fact I ordered the right thing, they just didn’t pack it right. Also after telling me it was impossible to give me a refund, and refusing to get the manager while I was there, the next day I got an email saying my refund was on the way. She obviously had no idea what she was doing. Needless to say, I no longer go to this Walgreens at all after going here for years, and the one on Monroe st and Secor is much better.

The slowest and worst service ever !!! If you want to wait in line for the pharmacy for 20+ minutes and then not even be greeted nicely by a pharmacist then this place is for you . They all look miserable and provide the slowest service possible .

I don't think it will be possible for Walgreens to survive much longer if they continue to provide the type of service they are offering these days. They do not have nearly enough staff to handle the increased volume of prescriptions. With all the local Rite Aid closures, we were all virtually forced to do business with Walgreens. A company of this size surely has a staffing formula to determine the number necessary to get the job done. Yet, after months of very poor customer care, they continue to look the other way. Well, I am one customer who will no longer take what they are dishing out. Too bad several of the locally-owned pharmacies are no longer around as I am sure their businesses could be booming right now. Costco, here I come.

This place sucks, they always want to charge me triple what prescriptions should be and the pharmacists are all rude. Would rather put a nail under my toenail and kick a wall than come back here again

Slowest pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Can't ever seem to pick up my medicine.. everyone i talk to says they have to wait 45 mins or longer in line. Sounds like they need to hire more help. BEWARE!

Being that I've worked in customer service for years, I have a greater patience for waiting, this Walgreens however has absolutely topped my level of patience. I understood that ever line of work is different, but Rite Aid did not constantly transferred me over to a line that always have 1 to 3 people ahead of me for 30 minutes. Even waiting on delivery options I have been transferred and no one EVER answers. I always end up hanging up after heard the same 1 to 3 callers ahead of me. This is absolutely ridiculous, times are changing and it shows very clearly. Was just waiting and the called ended, called back and the pharmacy tech transferred me right back over after telling her I keep having problems. They don't give damn.. I am moving pharmacies, PLEASE AVOID this place, they will make you want to cuss them out!
