Working out of town and stopped at this Walgreens to drop off a prescription for my boss while out to pick up lunch. I have a hearing service animal. I’m not sure if they were rude because I missed something they asked or if they just saw a young female with a service dog and assumed I wasn’t actually disabled. The pharmacy technician was impolite, kept looking away when speaking, and was frustrated when I asked them to repeat themselves. The prescription was to be picked up by, the patient, my 50+ male boss. I have dropped his prescriptions several times in various states as we travel often for work. The pharmacy asked for my driver’s license. Until then, I have never had to provide identification to drop off a prescription. Then they threatened me saying that they would call the police to press charges if anything was wrong with the prescription.I know that it is the pharmacist’s job to verify prescriptions and give medicine to the correct people. I provided photo identification when requested. I answered all of the security questions. Verifying the information is correct is not the same as being impolite and threatening to your customers. The prescription was good, my boss picked it up as planned, the pharmacy workers were also rude to him.Traveling for work does not make me a lesser customer.Having a hearing disability does not make me a lesser person.Do better.

I had a 2:30 appointment for a covid booster. After 25 minutes of waiting, left. I will never shop here or recommend it to anyone

went to load money onto my cashapp card. tried 3 different times with them. for some reason they needed to scan my ID and it refused to upload anything. they asked if id loaded anything in the past week and i havent loaded anything since july. went to DG and they did it in less than a minute. Had to wait in a line at walgreens where the clerk sent me to the back. really strange. wont be returning for any purchases.

Guy at the pharmacy was incredibly snotty and rude. Tried telling me my inaurance didn't go through so my medication would be almost 350 dollars instead of five bucks. Never had an issue this significant with the rite aid across the street, which although I don't recommend highly, is considerably better than this place

Either close the pharmacy permanently or service your prescription customers 100% of the time. Customers should not be forced to go without medication, with no notice, for three days because Walgreens can't seem to hire a reliable and competent pharmacist . This happens more often than not!

This location is a bad choice if you need to go to Walgreens. I would recommend the rite aid directly across the street opposed to giving that location your business due to their incompetent employees unaware how to perform their job duties along with providing good customer service I spoke to the only manager on duty and they could not tell me why they refused to provide me with a service that is offered across the Nation. This location needs to offer their employees better training or hire better suited people to perform the job. The store manager Joe was not available and they also refused to give me their district manager's name and phone number due to them having a new district manager and the on duty management not knowing who they are. I have suspicion they just refuse to give me the information due to their wrongdoings and not letting upper management become aware of this situation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I start.... refusing to fill my birth control, not filling scripts they say they would, not even checking my account before answering a script question. My mom picked up my scripts the other day and they gave a medication that was ready to be filled. I hadn't realized, and a few days after that I called to get it filled. The girl on the phone (who really didn't seem like she cared about anything) just said "okay yep we'll get that filled and it'll be ready by 1!" Clearly she didn't even check my account! She would've seen it was already picked up! The wait time to pick up is always ridiculously long.It seems like no one wants to be there. The people who work in the pharmacy here simply don't care, are reckless, and seem like they are not trained to do the job they're doing. I am so sick of having to go back and forth with these people because there's ALWAYS an issue. Not to mention I get 5+ calls and texts from them a DAY. Utterly useless.

I will never go back to this Walgreens ever again. The pharmacy department is closed five days a week. I turned them in to the BBB. They need new people or close the store.

Everytime you turn around the pharmacy is closed with no warning. How is one supposed to pick up the prescriptions they need if they are always closing.

I have been using this store for the 4yrs plus and lately it's been totally worthless.. pharmacy closes randomly or the system always goes down and they don't give a darn that you gotta go all weekend without your regular needed meds.Sad because this use to be a great pharmacy.

Waited on hold and no one would answer phone. A hour and no pick up. You should have to drive to store just to ask one question

Horrible. Script refills take FOREVER. My doctor called in an antibiotic this morning. It's very important that I have it. It's 7p.m , still nothing. I call to speak to someone, and they just pick up the phone, and hang up. I am Covid positive, and an amputee. I depend on others to pick up my scripts. But have no way to speak to anyone because they don't answer the phone. I just moved 2 months ago to this neighborhood, and had my scripts transferred. It's been a problem every time I need a refill.

Customer service is horrible and workers have poor attitudes, refusing services I know they do, overall a bad location I used to enjoy coming to this store but now I'd rather drive across town for better service

I signed up online for a covid test at the drive through. I received 3 emails in less than 12 hours confirming my appointment only to get there and see a sign that says testing is canceled for today. This needs to be communicated so people don’t waste their time and can find testing from another source. The worst part about it is the stars would not even address me at the window. One person saw me and quickly looked away to avoid helping me. Great work guys.

Terrible pharmacy post COVID. Straight up refuses to fill prescriptions on time. I have ADHD and they treat me like a criminal every time I try to get a refill. Will be taking my business to Rite Aid.
