If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees are not helpful and even when they are they don't seem to know what they're doing or what they're talking about. I don't understand how there's 30 workers in the building stocking shelves and none of them know how to work a register... it's Saturday. How are there not more people to help get people cashed out. We have 1 item, why are we in line for almost an hour... Also, why are there NO carts for people to use? It's Walmart... this should be a no brainer for this establishment. We had to go searching aisles for a cart so we wouldn't have to hold our grill in line for an hour. This is unbelievably ridiculous. Lastly, why are the spill center paper towel dispensers not working.... Isn't that kind of illegal? Or not safe? SHOP LOCAL Y'ALL.

Walmart has a policy in their bakery department that if you order a half sheet cake you have to pre pay for it. I have no problem with that being I was in the business for many years. What I don't like is getting a phone call the next day telling I didn't come back to verify my payment so they usually wouldn't make the cake. Thank goodness the cake was for an organization so they made after I called them. If Walmart employees don't make this point clear it could be disastrous if one is counting on a speciality (b-day) cake for their party.

terrible customer service why would any team member talk to any customer that way ? Total lack of professionalism and customer service. Because after all it is the customers who keeps the doors to any business open. No empathy at all truly sad. And yes this is about the young lady with the pots disorder. Shameful

This stores workers attemoted to deny a disabled person entry with their service dog for her medical reasons.then a manager decided to yell and make a scene. The customer is young and has POTS which is a fainting disorder. She then began to berrade her asking "how old are you" as in saying "your too old for this why are u acting like a child "telling her to get tf off the floor while she just had a fainting spell and thats ehy she eas sitting on the floor, out of the way of anyone else and was telling her she couldn't sit on the floor, even AFTER being told what the medical condition is. She needs to be fired immediately for violating ADA laws. She also is legally not allowed to ask the persons disability, only able to ask for proof of a service animal. This woman repeatedly told her it was a service dog and the manager said "she's not vested that's not a service dog " which a service dog does not have to be vested legally as long as you have paoerwork proving its a service dog. Not only did she embarrass this poor woman having a fainting episode, she also created a scene with a security guard who was there to remove her from the store til he heard she had a medical condition, and 2 other employees, and then proceeded to tell her to get on a scooter and off the floor yet again,( if she fell from a scooter it would cause way worse injury. )And then assuming the person with her was her mom and told her "get her up off the floor" finally she thought it was appropriate to laugh at this woman as she walked away. As a person with an invisible disability myself at 38 (MS and degenerative disc disease that has caused 8+ herniations in my spine) this exact treatment is why I won't use the scooters because you get judged because you "youre young and look fine" this kind of treatment needs to stop. This went on long before the video was finally taken, She should be fired immediately. The video is below

Purchased batteries from WalMart+, store delivery. Driver pulled up in front of my building, took a picture from the driveway and said package was delivered 12/4 at 2:09pm. It was never delivered and he drove off, and after filing dispute with credit card, WalMart denied it despite abundance of proof to the non delivered package. WalMarts store driver is on video footage, pulling up in front of building, taking picture, and driving off. He never even got out of his car to deliver the package inside the open building. There is no evidence of the package anywhere in his picture, yet Wally has chosen to deny the dispute saying order was delivered. Have since cancelled my Wally credit card and Wally+ membership, and I will never step foot anywhere near a WalMart again. Have placed many orders over the years I have lived here and I have never had an order stolen as this one was. Buyer Beware they cannot be trusted to support you!

First of all, there was barely a self checkout option, so I had to wait in a ridiculously long line just to get a coloring book and some hot fries. Second of all, the service for the self pickup is terrible. I have been waiting in my car for over 20 minutes in this spot for my groceries and nothing. There is only one other person waiting and I made sure to check in after I got the text that confirmed my groceries were ready to be picked up. It would've been faster for me to just go in and buy the rest of the groceries myself. Will not be using the grocery pickup again.

I will say that it's a nightmare shopping in the store due to the lack of cashiers and very long lines, even for self-checkout. Prices, however, are decent on most items. I recently tried pickup at the store to pick up water. Wait time wasn't stellar but definitely better than going inside and waiting in line. Plus, the young man who delivered my water was extremely polite and personable. I tried to tip him but he said he couldn't accept a tip and I didn't want to get him in trouble. I would definitely try pickup again (except for produce, which I like to pick out myself). Very easy to check in with the app!

in the same fashion that the customer checkout is done by the customers so the walton family can keep their money and screw the "little people" they now let non vetted crooks do your shopping, instead of their paid employees. got to save a buck! well thanks to this new money saving way of doing things, i had over $150 in food stamps stolen from me by the driver. he bought lots of groceries then delivered me about $12 worth of stuff and kept the rest. walmart gave me my money back, but i was told "we've had a lot of problems with this particular driver" THEN WHY USE HIM???? he stole federal food stamps, this should be a criminal offense. when i called walmart customer disservice an agent by the name of rafael laughed at me and disconnected the call. Walmart is crooked and will steal from you and not bat an eye!

I had to get a few things today, I had my two boys. my son went to get some bananas when an employee walked up to him and said I'd you're not buying them don't touch them and walked off talking on her phone. I went to follow her because we were purchasing them. Either way employees need to watch themselves. It's not your place, to play mom. She walked off so fast I didn't get her name, I would love to report her because she was out of line. The store manager needs to address this asap. Assist people don't play mom to kids. I will be taking my boys to Kroger or Meijer from now on. This store is traffic heavy and I couldn't find a lot of the items I was looking for.

Pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to. They are unhelpful and don't care. I guess they have so many customers losing a few doesn't matter.

Walmart should be ashamed to create all the self checkouts and not accept cash at any of them today 8/26/21. They force many elderly that prefer to use cash to stand extremely long lines. It not elderly friendly. The excuse they can't get coins is crazy. When all the other stores such as Food City takes cash at all their self checkouts. It looks like they just don't want cash customers. I really am tired of a useless excuse.

Poorly managed and poorly staffed. Shelf's empty many times. Walmart is an excellent company. This is a poor representation of their store model. Other Walmart stores in the area are much better in there execution.
