Lea was phenomenal! She was engaging, happy, accurate, helpful... she's going places! Rarely do I have a pharmacy experience (pick up prescription, pay for prescription, leave) that even lasts long enough to provide a review, but we had to update insurance information, order a missing prescription, etc. and she was on the ball! She also helped with making sure the insurance information was on file for the rest of my family, none of which had a prescription to pick up at the time. She was patient, kept my six-month-old entertained, and her smile was infectious! Thanks again, Lea! Good luck with finishing school!

The pharmacist, Carrie, is exceptional! Always answers all of my questions. We always have trouble filling my daughters medication, but she is always one step ahead. She is great, I am always happy when she is the one who answers the phone!

Walmart should be ashamed to create all the self checkouts and not accept cash at any of them today 8/26/21. They force many elderly that prefer to use cash to stand extremely long lines. It not elderly friendly. The excuse they can't get coins is crazy. When all the other stores such as Food City takes cash at all their self checkouts. It looks like they just don't want cash customers. I really am tired of a useless excuse.

Poorly managed and poorly staffed. Shelf's empty many times. Walmart is an excellent company. This is a poor representation of their store model. Other Walmart stores in the area are much better in there execution.

I called to ask if they had seat cushions in stock. First I was transferred to Garden, after the phone rang with no answer for 2 minutes, I hung up and called back. Then I was directed to customer service where they told me they won't check item stock availability because "if they say they have it and they really don't, that causes issues.". Shouldn't they know what they have in stock? It's not like they don't have a system that can tell them everything they have in the store.. My in-person experiences have been the same quality. Poor attitudes, unhelpfulness. If you are using this Walmart for anything except an in and out trip, GOOD LUCK.

Two out of three times that I have attempted to use the grocery delivery service from this location, I did not receive my order on time, or at all. The first time, they never notified me that they were having delays. After several phone calls to the store and Walmart.com customer service, I finally received my order (with perishables) the next day. Today, I should have received an order between 2pm and 3pm. It never arrived. After several calls to the store with no answer, I talked to Walmart.com customer service again. They could not get in touch with anyone at the store either, and had no idea when or if my order would ever arrive. I've spent almost two hours trying to get an answer to a simple question for a service that I paid for. I've decided to give up on Walmart. If they can't answer their phone, update me on delivery delays, or even give me a general time frame for delivery (to put away perishables), then they obviously don't want my business anymore. I canceled my order, canceled my online account, and deleted the app. Time to shop local!
