Thank you to Walt's Auto World for helping me out today! A piece of plastic trim disconnected from the bumper of my car and I didn't know what to do. I pulled in and asked if they could help and the kind man at the counter fixed it immediately for no charge! What a blessing! Thank you!!

Walt's is the place to go! No matter who I talk to, they always explain what may have caused my issue and what it will take to repair it. Scott took care of my lack of heat and rather than replace the heater core (which all other places would have done!), Scott explained what was causing my lack of warm air coming from the left vent and suggested a radiator flush and blowing out the heater core. The repair was extremely less than replacing the heater core. Honest, fair prices and the repair was done in just a few hours. I now have plenty of heat!

I was here about a month ago for issues with my lights. I was dreading it because usually this can take some time to find the problem, and become expensive fast. These guys found and fixed it fast at a very reasonable price.

I recently had my alternator replaced at Walt's, not only did they replace it but they made everything even worse. My car started ticking and running really loud and tried shutting off several times. Nobody has time to drop a car off for a couple days again when it should've been done right the first time. The son has a horrible attitude towards customers,and shouldn't even be dealing w customers. Now I have to get a lawyer because I'm out of money and my car dealing with them.Service: General repairs & maintenance
